Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.

Shaped like a disc, the protects provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for DIN and ANSI flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.

They discs are ozone and weather resistant, as well as offering resistance to petrol, oil and non-oxidisation acids. They are also able to withstand temperatures from -15C up to +70C.

Requires no fasteners.

Raised Face Flange Protector Plugs

Protection Plug specially designed for raised face flange protection. This plug range offers protection for petroleum, gas and water type value flanges. They also protect raised machine face and pipe interior from dirt and moisture, during shot and sand blasting operations.

The plug has a tapered design that snugly fits into the pipes interior and requires no fasteners for installation. The plug does not cover the bold holes on the flange.

Studded Flange Protector provides full-face coverage and bore protections for high pressure applications. The lugs insert securely into the flange bolt holes for a positive fit.

Manufactured from a cost-effective material that has good chemical resistance. The range has options that offer suitable protection for SAE Code 61 (3000 to 5000 PSI) and SAE Code 62 (6000 PSI).
