Fixed Set Position

Constant Torque Hinges articulate and hold a panel in position; this eliminates the need for a gas strut or lid stay. The hinge design features a constant torque position control that provides constant resistance throughout the entire range of motion.

This control enables users to easily position doors, display screens and other mounted components and hold them securely at any desired angle - fully opened, fully closer or anywhere in between. The torque value is fixed to a specific value, requiring no adjustment and resulting in a long life-cycle.

Features a Zinc Alloy body with hardened Steel internal components.

Draw Latches and Keeper with a flexible, over-centre design. It benefits from a low profile; the keeper is concealed and fixed under the latch to aid this design feature.

Screw mounted design. The range includes options with a non-corrosive rubber handle.

The Dust Caps are additional accessories to suit locks with 20.2 x 22.2 fixing holes. They protect the lock and prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture that could damage the locking system.

The Quarter Turn lock range is supplied with a range of accessories including fixing rings. These are supplied in two different types; one in Spring Steel and the other in Die Cast Zinc. They are suitable for all locks with a 20.2 x 22.2 fixing hole.

The Locating Plates in this range are used to securely position Cam Locks when there is a potential risk of having some movements due to the nature of the application. This range cover a washer and a plate made of steel.

Detent Hinges are Torque Hinges indented every 30 degrees allowing panels to be positioned and maintained withough auxiliary components. The torque is factory preset and cannot be modified by users. Made of Anodised Aluminiumm, a choice of finish is available for aesthetic appeal. Several torque values are available.

Wire Loop Draw Latches & Strikes consist of a simple ergonomic design suitable for a wide variety of applications requiring a straightforward Catch and Strike operation.

The catch and strike components must be ordered separately. They are ideal for light duty applications and include non-adjustable options.
