Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Hinges

Continuous hinges are available in a range of sizes to suit your application needs. Starting with 0.9mm and 1.2mm thick hinges which offer a lighter duty continuous hinge. They are sold in backs of 2 x 1020mm lengths and are available both drilled and undrilled. They can be riveted, screwed or welded into position and are ideal for lightweight furniture, cabinet/enclosures, and sheet metal fabrication. The drilled type has holes to suit countersunk No.4 screws for the 0.9mm version and No.6 for the 1.2mm version. 1.6mm and 2mm hinges offer a more medium duty continuous hinge. They are sold in packs of 2 x 1016mm lengths and suit a wide range of commercial and engineering applications. The drilled type has holes to suit countersunk no.8 screws; this applies to both 1.6 and 2mm types

Lift Off Screw Mount Hinges have an easy lift-off function to aid in the quick removal of flush mounted doors. The all-metal range has different material options to suit application and finishing requirements.

These hinges have a maximum rotation angle of 180 degree and can be left or right hand mounted. The leaf hinge design is pre-drilled for speedy screw mounting to the frame.
