Adjustable Torque Hinges operate with a single torque adjustment using the screw. Torque Hinges are used to hold doors or panels in position.

Our range features a Black Powder Coated Adjustable Torque Hinge that is surface mounted, which features a body made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6 DIN-EN ISO 1043-1, with Stainless Steel AISI 304 screws and nuts. The hinge torque can be adjusted using a screw, and the hinge rotation is 180 degrees. The hinge is installed and secured using M4 and M6 screws. This hinge provides position control. The torque values available are 0.8Nm and 4.0 Nm. The working temperature is 23F up to 149F.

Also featured are Indexing (Detent) Hinges also made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6, that is black in appearance. They have a Steel EKN6222 pin. The indexing feature allows the hinge to hold its position at the specified angle. Positions available included; 80, 115 and 150 degree angles, as well as a non-indexed option.

This product range also includes Leaf Hinges with a Black Powder Coated Steel body and Stainless Steel pin material. These hinges are generally used for plain or flush mounted, isolated doors. They are ideal for applications including; generators, machinery covers and electric panels. The maximum hinge rotation is 270 degrees, and they are designed for left and right hand applications. M8 x 12mm coach bolts are supplied.

These Cable Clamps are used to gather and route cables and wires, keeping them tidy, secure, and conveniently accessible. The robust structure ensures your cables are securely held in place, eliminating tangling, damage, or accidental disconnection. It has a plug-in application for simple installation, and the adjustable clip accommodates a wide range of wire diameters.

It is excellent for high vibration applications since, once closed, the clip will not open until the tab is released. There is still the option to reopen the tab and reutilise the clamp with alternative cable diameters. The snap-on design allows for quick installation and can be used in cabling applications such as data centres and networking facilities, telecommunications networks, or electrical.

Adhesive Mount Adjustable Cable Clamps have a ratcheting feature to hold and lock bundles securely. Clamps can be reopened for routing changes and are good in high-vibration applications; these clamps will not open unless tab is released. Adhesive base allows for easy installation. The adhesive element of the product has a shelf life of approximately 1 year from date of shipping when stored in the unopened original packaging, stored at room temperature and away from sunlight.

These Webbed Adjustable Clips hold and adjust straps, cables, wires, and cords. The adjustable ratchet clasp secures the bundle in place. The spring at the top of the clip gives additional strain to the beam to keep it in place. The cupped base strengthens the mount and entirely conceals the hole.

Easy to install and remove as the finger grip makes it easy to install and remove and locks securely and easily; it reopens for rerouting. Ideal for use with applications including automotive, electrical, and plumbing.

Available in 2 types. Strap cables to a panel using a push-fit fastener that attaches to a 3mm panel. Type 1 has a anti-rotation fastener to hold the strap in place and prevent movement.
