End Caps

Circular Connect Caps are a cost-effective way to protect connectors during transit and storage. They prevent the connection from the ingress of dirt, dust and moisture.

The caps have a flanged design that allows for easy fitting and removal by hand. The caps can be used to protect connectors with standard threads, with options suitable for electrical connectors per Military Specifications 90376.

Driveshaft Protection Caps are used for the protection and masking of driveshaft, and the surrounding bearings, from oil and an array of chemicals.

Any part number that has a W/R or AR found in it has an internal molded ring or internal ribs for extra gripping power and superior retention.

Round Hanger Caps are an attractive cap with a convenient hanger. They are flexible for easy fitting and offer good weather resistance.

Our wide range of Round Vinyl End Caps is made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). The round plastic end caps flexible material can stretch on to larger dimensions for a snug fit without tearing, splitting or shredding.

Vinyl protective caps are typically used to protect threaded or non-threaded tubing, rods, pipe or paper tubes. These round vinyl caps have a glossy and attractive finish that makes them ideal for use as a decorative vinyl pipe end caps.

Stretch Fit Cover caps are designed to mask awkward shapes and protect against dirt and moisture during storage and shipping. They have an elasticated bottom to hold it onto the mating part. This can also be used as a general paint mask in ambient temperature environments.

They are able to cover a wide range of diameters and shapes of parts such as furniture, for added versatility. It withstands temperatures up to 60 C | 140 F, and are reusable due to their material.

Tapered Caps and Plugs made from Red and Blue Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). A versatile assembly that can be used as both a tapered cap or a tapered plug.

The tapered design allows the part to plug multiple inner diameters or cap multiple outside diameters. The Tapered Cap Plug protects the assembly against damage, dirt, moisture and corrosion during storage and shipping. The series has parts with a heavy duty design, which includes a rugged wall and seal rings for maximum protection.

To assure a proper fit;

• The tapered plugs outer diameter should be approximately 1% larger than the inner diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).
• The tapered caps inner diameter should be approximately 1% smaller than the outside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).

Wide Flange Tapered Caps & Plugs provides a greater protection to threaded and non-threaded pipes, ports, and access points during storage and transit against damage, dirt, moisture, debris, and corrosion. Designed to allow the part to plug multiple inside diameters or outside diameters.

Easy to install and remove due to their threaded and smooth connectors. Wider flange provides greater support for bearing surfaces and prevents the plug from being accidentally pushed down through the contact piece. They can withstand temperatures up for 205 degrees Celsius and are a cost-effective alternative to silicone. They are made from a blend of post-consumer and virgin materials and are themselves recyclable.
