Adjustable Torque Hinges - w/Leaf Screw

Adjustable Torque Hinges operate with a single torque adjustment using the screw. Torque Hinges are used to hold doors or panels in position.

Our range features a Black Powder Coated Adjustable Torque Hinge that is surface mounted, which features a body made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6 DIN-EN ISO 1043-1, with Stainless Steel AISI 304 screws and nuts. The hinge torque can be adjusted using a screw, and the hinge rotation is 180 degrees. The hinge is installed and secured using M4 and M6 screws. This hinge provides position control. The torque values available are 0.8Nm and 4.0 Nm. The working temperature is 23F up to 149F.

Also featured are Indexing (Detent) Hinges also made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6, that is black in appearance. They have a Steel EKN6222 pin. The indexing feature allows the hinge to hold its position at the specified angle. Positions available included; 80, 115 and 150 degree angles, as well as a non-indexed option.

This product range also includes Leaf Hinges with a Black Powder Coated Steel body and Stainless Steel pin material. These hinges are generally used for plain or flush mounted, isolated doors. They are ideal for applications including; generators, machinery covers and electric panels. The maximum hinge rotation is 270 degrees, and they are designed for left and right hand applications. M8 x 12mm coach bolts are supplied.

Cam Latches - Lift & Turn

Lift and Turn Cam Latches (Locks) that have a simple lift and turn operation and compression action. They are easily assembled using a bracket or snap-in fixing.

These latches benefit from a low profile handle that stows away when not in use. It also features straight-forward grip adjustment for added convenience. The range is available in several style options that have a host of unique properties. Lift and Turn Cam Latches can be used in a host of indoor and outdoor applications that include, but are not limited to; electrical panels, machine covers, railway and construction equipment.

The styles featured in the range include, Compression Locks with 5mm present compression, Swinghandles in a range of sizes that have a spring-loaded, slam action design, with options that can be operating using a push-button, as well as all-metal options. Also included are Swell Latches that optimise performance under vibration conditions, and Three-point Rod Latches with an integrated gear-box for multiple point latched.

Countersunk Mount Leaf

Metal Leaf Hinges are available for applications for flush-mounted doors with countersunk mounting holes. The range of Die-Cast Zinc Alloy hinges have a maximum rotation of 270 degrees and there are a number of types available. We also offer ranges in Premium, Round and Square Stainless Steel Hinges. The range of Flat Hinges operate with Stainless Steel Pin and come in either Steel with a Black Coated Finish or in Die-Cast Zinc Alloy and Delrin Bearing. The Steel hinges offer a very strong tamperproof hinge on a 270 degree rotational angle and is supplied with M8 x 12mm fasteners. The Zinc hinge is on a 180 degree rotational angle.

Cylinder Locking Cam Latches

Cylinder Locking Cam Latches are available with a variety of types, key rotation angle and grip ranges. Type 1 is keyed different, type 2 has a non-removable key and type 3 is keyed alike (5333) and the key can only be removed in the lock position. These locks are supplied with 2 keys

Handle Turn Cam Latches - L-Handle

An L-Handle range is easy to use; simply turn the handle, which activates the mechanism. A cam rotates on the inside of the handle, opening the access panel or door. This simple action alleviates stress to joints.

Our offer features HVAC Handle Locks that are supplied with two keys. They have a body and handle made from Black Nylon (30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6) and a Steel cam. The body and handle are DIN-EN ISO 1043-1 rated. Ideal for HVAC applications, they feature a removable handle for easy assembly on site. The roller cam needs less force in order to lock. These latch handles can be used for both left and right hand doors, making them ultra convenient.

Also ranged are L Handle Locks that have a quarter-turn cam latch operation. An optional 'blind version' is available and two keys are supplied. This latch handle range is available in a choice of housing materials, including; Chrome Plated and Black Powder Coated Zinc Alloy, Black Nylon and Stainless Steel. The Cam is made from Steel and the Gasket from Rubber. The Housing and Driver are DIN-EN 1774 rated.

Also included are Quarter Turn Handle Latch that are L-shaped. Available in Stainless Steel and Chrome Plated Zinc Alloy, which is DIN-EN 1774 rated. These are a pad-lockable latch with handle, and is suitable for hygienic requirements. The cams are sold separately.

Our L Handle Cam Latch range can be used in applications such as electrical panels and machinery covers.

Handle Turn Cam Latches - Mini Wing Knob

Mini Cam Latches are Wing Knob designed and secure access to your panels and doors with a rotating cam (pawl) that is secured by engaging the frame or keeper on the back side.

The cam latch provides easy fixing and has a clip assembly.

Handle Turn Cam Latches - Side Knob

These cam latches are non-locking and have a side knob for latching and un-latching. They come in zinc die cast with either a chrome or black powder finish. Each finish is available in three different grip ranges.

Handle Turn Cam Latches - T-Handle

Handle Turn Cam Latches feature an T-shaped handle. They are commonly used cabinet and furniture applications.

The cam latches compression allows for a more secure seal where IP/NEMA performance is required. This also allows for improved insulation against noise and vibration conditions.

Leaf Hinges - Half-Threaded Stud & Half Countersunk

Metal Leaf Hinges are available for applications for flush-mounted doors with half countersunk mounting holes on one side of the component and half- threaded studs on the other. The range of Die-Cast Zinc Alloy hinges have a maximum rotation of 270 degrees and there are a number of types available.

Locking Paddle Latch

Heavy-Duty Paddle Latches are available in Eurokey or keyed to differ locking options. For all types the lock can be opened from the inside by moving the cam. The keyed alike types come with a stainless steel shutter. These Latches are supplied with one key (4444) and comply to an IP 54 rating. Types 1 and 3 require a locking device which is sold separately

Plastic Corner Hinges

Internal Plastic Corner Hinges are made of polyamide 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced, with a pin made of plastic (POM). They are essentially used for light steel panels. The pin allow a quick removal of the door for easy access when internal access is required.

Quarter-Turn Finger Grip Latch

Quarter-Turn Finger Grip Latches are made from a Black Powder Coated Die-Cast Zinc. They offer a 6mm compression. When the key is turned 90 degrees the cam turns to the locking position. When the key is turned 180 degrees the cam moves to the fixing position. The latch provides both good compression and good noise isolation with different head style and grip range options available

Quarter-Turn Latches - Wing Knob

Quarter Turn Latch with Wing Knobs are designed to secure doors, cabinets, enclosures, and other access points. They are operated by twisting the knob 90 degrees, which causes the latch to engage or disengage, making them ideal for applications requiring frequent opening and shutting. Each lock comes with an outer sealing gasket and an assembly nut.

It is made to be easy and quick to install by inserting it into the installation hole and tightening the nut. The range of products includes various materials, finishes, and grip ranges that are utilised in various applications, such as electrical enclosures, furniture cabinets, and equipment covers.

Quarter-Turn Spring Latches

Quarter Turn Spring Latches, otherwise known as a Latch Spring, are ideal for use on electrical cabinets and enclosures. The internal spring provides tactile resistances, and the cam does not rotate beyond quarter turn due to a stop lip.

Various Driver types are included in this range, including; 3mm and 5mm Double Bit, 8mm Square, 7mm and 8 mm Triangle, 2 x 4mm Slot, Slot, 8mm and 10mm Hex Female, Railway and 11mm Hex male.

Screw-On Concealed Hinges

A wide and diverse range of concealed hinges are available. Steel versions come in Handed, Pin, Removable Pin and Spring-Loaded options. The handed hinges have a 90 degree rotational angle and the reinforced multilink articulation design offers a high resistance to bending and twisting due to high rigidity. Both left hand and right-hand application is possible and with a high mechanical strength, these hinges are suited to both light and heavy-duty applications. The pin hinges have a 110 degree rotation angle, a high mechanical strength and anodized aluminium links making them ideal for heavy-duty applications. The hinges with removable pins have a 180 degree rotation angle and are ideal for metallic enclosures.
