Blanking Plugs are used for the sheet metal industry as a protection against sharp edge and are ideal for closing panel cavities. Rubber and plastic blanking plugs provide a clean finish and are an easy to use, quick blanking solution.
Our Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC ) and Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Hole Plugs come in black. The PVC hole plug features non-staining properties. They offer resistance to ozone, acids, and sunlight - with excellent aging qualities. The TPE options is highly resistant to oils, acids and alkalis. These durable rubber hole plugs are resistant to temperatures up to 203F.
Available are a range of Threaded Rubber Plugs made from black Silicone Rubber. These threaded blanking plugs can be pushed into place using a blunt tipped tool. They are used to give water-tight protection to spare holes that need to be closed off. The silicone plug features a pull tab for super easy removal, and they provide a suitable fit for standard Metric and PG sizes.

Push In Bumpers, or Bumper Feet, can be used as glides, bumpers, closures, slides, and stops for a variety of applications. The press-fit design holds the Push In Bumper securely in place to protect surfaces from contact. Our Bumper Foot range comes in a choice of two materials.
Push On Feet made from Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), a material sometimes referred to as Thermoplastic Rubbers, a class of copolymers or a mix of polymers usually made up of plastic and rubber that comprise of materials with both thermoplastic and elastomeric characteristics. Thanks to the TPE material, these Push In Rubber Bumpers have excellent thermal properties and stability when exposed to an array of temperatures and environmental conditions. They benefit from a heat resistance rating of UL94 HB, and easily mount by pushing into a chassis.
Also available are Bumper Feet made from Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), which are designed for use on metal or plastic housings and cases, simply push into punched or drilled holes. Flexible PVC is a soft, malleable material and these PVC Bumpers are a great alternative to Rubber Push In Bumpers.
Rectangular Tube Inserts are available in both ribbed and straight wall designs. They are designed to fit into the end of a rectangular tube or pipe. These glides provide a smooth, durable base for furniture, appliances and more. They protect floors from scratches, scuffs and other damage caused by heavy or sharp objects.
Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. As the self-tapping screw is engaged, the bottom legs are forced outward eliminating the need for a nut. These go in a square hole that prevents rotation.
Threaded Rectangular Tube Inserts have internal threads to accommodate adjustable leveling feet and the ribbed design accommodates multiple tube gauges.
