Full Face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed, with an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.
The protectors provide full-faced outside diameter flange protection. They meet ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47 specification, and have a 15 pound (lb) rating.
No fasteners are required.
Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.
Shaped like a disc, the protectors provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for ANSI and ASME B16.5 flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.
Each size will protect the raised face for 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 pound (lb) flanges.
Requires no fasteners.
Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.

Our Adhesive Rubber Bumper range includes Anti-Slip Pads with a high-tack adhesive that is permanent, which are made from black Polyethylene (PE) Foam. Also included are Stick-On Bumpers & Feet that are made from Polyurethane (PU). These have an application temperature of 65F up to 150F, and are often used as rubber feet, cabinet stoppers, door stops and surface protectors.
