Blanking Plugs

Blanking Plugs are used for the sheet metal industry as a protection against sharp edge and are ideal for closing panel cavities. Rubber and plastic blanking plugs provide a clean finish and are an easy to use, quick blanking solution.

Our Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC ) and Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Hole Plugs come in black. The PVC hole plug features non-staining properties. They offer resistance to ozone, acids, and sunlight - with excellent aging qualities. The TPE options is highly resistant to oils, acids and alkalis. These durable rubber hole plugs are resistant to temperatures up to 203F.
Available are a range of Threaded Rubber Plugs made from black Silicone Rubber. These threaded blanking plugs can be pushed into place using a blunt tipped tool. They are used to give water-tight protection to spare holes that need to be closed off. The silicone plug features a pull tab for super easy removal, and they provide a suitable fit for standard Metric and PG sizes.

If you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing, browse our Connector Port Plugs. Made from flame resistant Nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V2 rating. This plugs come in a choice of black or grey color options. They blank off redundant connector ports and offer a quick and easy installation solution - simply press-fit into the designated hole.

Our blanking plug range comes in an array of size options, and materials to suit your application needs.

Body Plugs

Body Plugs, or Body Panel Plugs, are a type of hope plug made from Black Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). They are used in sheet metal to protect against sharp edges, and they are ideal for closing panel cavities.

Each size covers a range of panel thicknesses, and they are designed to fit standard metric holes. The TPE material is very resistant to oils, acids and alkalies, and is resistant to temperatures up to 203F (95C).

  • Provides a clean finish and a quick solution.

Center Pull Plugs

Center Pull-Tab plugs offer an easy and quick center pull-tab to remove the part. The tapered plug design allows these parts to plug multiple inner diameters. Two materials offered: PE for basic protection needs and TPR to protect threaded holes and is acid-resistant.

Flexible End Caps - Acid Resistance

Flexible End Caps are made from flexible material that is able to stretch on to larger diameters for a snug fit. They provide protection to threads and non-threaded tips.

The cap features a hanging tab, which allows them to be used with wire hooks. They are an ideal solution for masking applications. The caps also benefit from acid resistance.

Grommets - Standard/TPE

Grommet Hole, also known as Hole Grommets, are intalled on the diameter edge of a panel hole or knockout. They protect passing wires, cables, tubes and hoses from damage caused by sharp edges and objects, and chaffing.

Our Hole Grommet range includes Rubber Hole Grommets made from Styrene Butadiene (SBR). The material has a tensile range of 30 to 100psi, and a temperature range between 225F to -50F. These Hole Grommets install instantly by simply and easily snapping into a hole. They benefit from excellent adhesion, and are designed to fit standard sheet metal holes.

Also available are Flexible Hole Grommets that are made from Standard and Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), and Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). The Standard PVC material is non-staining, and has resistance to ozone, acids, sunlight and has excellent aging qualities. The TPE options have a flame resistance rating of UL94 HB, with a temperature range from -58F up to 203F. They are also suitable for outdoor use in accordance with UL 746C.

Masking Flangeless Plugs

Masking Flangeless plugs are designed to mask holes without masking the surrounding surface area. The tapered design allows mulitple hole diameters to be protected. Ergonomically friendly profile has a pull-tab for easy installation and removal. These come in a premium high-temp silicone material or in a economical reduced temp EPDM material. Applications include Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing.

Parallel Protection Plugs

Parallel Protection plugs for masking are made from a TPE material that is highly resistant to shredding and ideal for threaded applications. Also, this material has a good resistance to acids often used to remove rust from metal before any type of painting or powder coating operation is performed.

Side Pull Plugs

Side Pull plugs offer an easy and quick side pull-tab to remove the part. The tapered plug design allows these parts to plug multiple inner diameters. Two materials offered: PE for basic protection needs and TPR to protect threaded holes and is acid-resistant.

Threaded Protection Plugs - Easy Pull

Easy Pull Plugs are suitable for unified standard and metric threads. They have a patented quick-fit design that easily locks the plug into position, with a simple push.

Strong and flexible, the plug also features a pull-tab for convenient quick removal. Seven sizes in two style help protect more than 25 popular threaded sizes.

Type options include Lateral Pull and Central Pull tabs.
