A range of protective caps designed for Banjo Union connections. They provide external assembly cover during storage and transportation to protect the connection from the ingress of dirt. This range is available in a choice of two material options; Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and High-Density Polyethylene.
The Flexible PVC options offer a truly snug fit that offers optimum protection. The flexible material allows for quick fitting and removal, which is aided by a convenient finger tab.
The harder material of our HDPE options make application fast, by easily clicking the cap into place for a secure fit. Suitable for temperatures ranging from a minimum of -30 up to a maximum of +80 degrees celsius.
Pull Tab Caps are designed to protect applications from contamination and spillages. The pull tab design provides more surface contact area, requiring less gripping force during installation and removal.
The tabs are particularly usefull in applications requiring fast removal during mechanical process and for this reason are a popular choice across various industries.
The flexibility of the materials used allows for a tight fit on to applications. The addition of the tab makes them an essential selection.
Vinyl End Caps, commonly known as Flexicaps or PVC End Caps. A round cap that protects the outside diameter of threaded or non-threaded tubes, rods, pipes or paper tubes. The vinyl material can stretch on to larger dimensions for a tight fit without tearing, splitting or shredding.
These round vinyl end caps include a red flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) 60 Shore version, which is made from softer and more flexible material that allows for easy fitting. The bright red colour offers high visibility, thus reducing health and safety risks. Also included is a black PVC 80 Shore version that is more rigid than the red option. Also available is a glossy, dip-moulded round end tip that has a smooth finish. Durable round plastic end caps for round tubing are ideal product presentation and protection.
These vinyl caps provide a high-gloss, attractive finish making them ideal for use as decorative end caps. The flexibility and durability allows suitable fit for multiple applications. They can be used as a mask for coating, plating and paint applications, where the maximum temperature is not higher than 350F.

This makes them an ideal choice for the specialist vehicle manufacturing industry, and other automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Tear Tab Caps also assist in the protection of tube and pipe ends during transportation and storage. They protect parts from damage, dirt, moisture and other forms of ingress. These caps are highly versatile, and ideal for a range of applications and different threads, including; BSP, GAS, UNF, JIC and NPT.
Made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), the caps feature a simple tear-away tab for quick release, and fast removal. The ease of extracting the Tear Tab Cap from the hydraulic pipework makes the removal process faster. By simply pulling the tab, the cap splits open, tearing away.
The LDPE material is tough and flexible. They provide many of the advantages of PVC caps, such as integrity and cleanliness.
