Cable bushings, often called wire bushings, are designed to protect both wires and the machines and surfaces that they pass through, insulating openings for the wires to pass through, to eliminate any damage that may be caused. In addition to protection, cable bushings prevent damage to machinery by keeping wires separate from one another as well as potential short circuits.
Snap fit bushings – they protect wires, cables and tubing from sharp edges of sheet metal holes.
Strain relief bushings – including snub bushings, all of our cable strain relief bushings are designed for effortless installation to insulate, secure and protect wires from rough edges and pulling and twisting of wires.
Universal bushings – are designed to absorb shock and vibration.
Also available in our range are the open/close type of universal bushing. They feature a split design that allows the bushing to be assembled into holes that may already contain bundles. Other types include snub bushings, cord bushings, and bushing installation tools. Our range features plastic cable bushings, nylon and rubber bushings.

Closed Bushings are designed for the protection of wires, cables and tubing from the sharp edges of drilled and pulled holes in sheet metal.
The economical but durable material creates a smooth opening. Tough and heat resilient options are included in our range.
The closed bushing design features multiple locks that allow the bushing to positively snap into common panel thicknesses - making installation easy and effortless. Fingertip pressure installation means no tools are required.
Caters to a large selection of sizes with various inside diameter openings.
Standard Open Bushings with an easy push in design that allows them to lock into place at common panel thicknesses. The split design means they can be assembled into panel holes that already contain a bundle.
Design for the protection of cables, wires and tubing from uneven, unfinished and sharp edges in sheet metal. No tools are needed for installation - simply apply fingertip pressure.
Strain Relief Bushings help protect electronic products by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist that may be exerted on a flexible power cord. The bushing securely protects wires and cables at the point of entry.
These bushing also act as a secure anchor and help insulate the cable assembly. They are suitable for double, flat and round cables, and for mounting in round and anti-rotational holes.
Quick and easy to install. Simply position the bushing on the cable and press the ends of the bushing together with an installation tool (sold separately), then push into the hole.
Open Bushings that are universal in nature feature an easy to push in design. This allows them to easily lock into place at common panel thickesses. The split design allows side entry of pre-assembled cords, cables or tubes that have segments larger than the bushings internal diameter, such as connectors.
They offer ideal protection for wires, cables and tubing from unfinished, sharp edges. The open design allows the bushing to be assembled into holes that already contain a bundle. They can be adjusted to accept various diameters and shapes. Effortlessly installed with fingertip pressure, meaning no tools are required for installation.
Threaded Lampcord Bushings are designed to protect the electrical lampcord from the knife-edge of the threaded pipe used in light fixtures and fittings.
The bushing provides a connection that is reliable, safe and insulated. They are easy to install and thanks to the material used to make them, have corrosion, vibration and abrasion resistant properties.
Snub Bushings open to accept cables, wires and tubing. Once installed into a panel hole, the bushing firmly closes.
The durable material provides insulation and slight strain relief, while helping to protect the housed wires and cables from raw edges.
Optical Fibre Relief Boots protect wires and fibre cables from rough panel hole edges during installation and use. Very easy to install - no tools are needed.
These boots provide added protection to 900 micron fibre, while routing cables and wires through a hole. They also limit the angle of the fibre cable, which can help reduce signal loss. This is a huge time and cost-saving.
This Bushing Installation Tool is designed to support the insertion and extraction of Strain Relief Bushings.
Universal Bushings that is designed to protect wires, cables, tubing and other irregular shaped items from sharp, unfinished edges in panels.
The bushing helps to absorb shock and vibration, and also benefits from insulation properties. The web or shutters on the bushing diameter provide a fit for various sizes, while providing a clean finished appearance.
Installation is simple and fast - simply apply fingertip pressure to snap the bushing into position. No tools are needed.
