A range of Replacement and Alternative Steel Cams are available for our range of Locks. The Replacement Cams are suitable for all standard quarter turns and cam locks. They provide an alternative grip range is used with pre-assembled locks. Cams in this range are additional and all locks throughout the range are provided with the cam stated for each range. There are 2 types of Alternative Steel Cams available. Type 1 is to fit parts 492878 through to 492882 and are zinc-plated to prevent corrosion. The cranks cams are used to increase or decrease the effective length of the cam lock. Part 492895 has both a vertical and horizontal hole to allow fitting at all four quarter hour positions. Type 2 offers the same properties as type 1 but is to fit parts 492883 through to 492890
A wide and diverse range of concealed hinges are available. Steel versions come in Handed, Pin, Removable Pin and Spring-Loaded options. The handed hinges have a 90 degree rotational angle and the reinforced multilink articulation design offers a high resistance to bending and twisting due to high rigidity. Both left hand and right-hand application is possible and with a high mechanical strength, these hinges are suited to both light and heavy-duty applications. The pin hinges have a 110 degree rotation angle, a high mechanical strength and anodized aluminium links making them ideal for heavy-duty applications. The hinges with removable pins have a 180 degree rotation angle and are ideal for metallic enclosures.
Side Hinges offer a rotational angle of 180 degrees. Types 1 and 2 are high resistance hinges for medium and heavy door panels. They also offer high security and are assembled using the special screws provided. Type 3 is a lower cost, lower security alternative.

Our threaded tube range has various Round Tubing Inserts to choose from, including; all-metal Round Tube Inserts made from Steel with a Zinc Plated finish. The metal ribs lock onto the inside of round tubes. Also available are; Round Threaded Tube Inserts made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a Zinc Plated Steel threaded insert. They are black in appearance and the rib accommodates multiple gages.
We also have a heavy duty Threaded Tube Insert range, made from Glass Filled Nylon with Brass threaded insert and a black appearance. These are suitable for use indoors and outdoors. They also offer a high load rating that is ideal for machinery use. We also have a range of Threaded Round Tube Inserts in a choice of plastics, including; Nylon and HDPE.
Customers who purchase Threaded Round Tube Inserts may also need Leveling Feet.
