They offer resistance to ozone, acids, and sunlight - with excellent aging qualities. The TPE options is highly resistant to oils, acids and alkalis. These durable rubber hole plugs are resistant to temperatures up to 203F.
Available are a range of Threaded Rubber Plugs made from black Silicone Rubber. These threaded blanking plugs can be pushed into place using a blunt tipped tool. They are used to give water-tight protection to spare holes that need to be closed off. The silicone plug features a pull tab for super easy removal, and they provide a suitable fit for standard Metric and PG sizes.

If you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing, browse our Connector Port Plugs. Made from flame resistant Nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V2 rating. Easy-Pull Masking Caps

Easy Pull Masking Caps provide optimum protection for end tip profiles, such as rods, pipes and tubes during manufacturing processes. Typical applications include; anodizing, blasting, powder coating, e-coating, plating and general paint lines.

This range has several style options, include a range with a flanged design and an internal seal that provides a secure fit or options that feature an ergonomic finger pull-tab for easier removal.

These caps are easy to fit; to ensure the best possible fit, the inside diameter dimension should be approximately 10 percent smaller than the outside diameter of the part being masked.

Our range is available in different material options with various beneficial properties. Silicone is a premium masking material with high temperature and chemical resistance. EPDM is a more economical material option with lower heat resistance. Both Silicone and EPDM options can be used multiple times. Whereas, Soft PVC is a more economical solution also with chemical resistance, a reduced heat resistance and is for single-use applications.

Fire Protection Sleeves

Fire Protection sleeves have excellent elasticity and are great for protecting or bundling hoses, tubes and cables in a variety of hostile environments. We have two styles of Firesleeve. Our basic Firesleeve that is assembled by sliding it over the end of the fitting or hose all the way until the hose assembly is covered, or our new style which has a hook and loop design that allows for easy installation and removal without having to disconnect the hose assembly. The insultation properties on both styles provide workers with effective protection against burns from hot hoses and reduces heat energy loss. They can withstand intense radiant heat and flame continuously up to 500 F or 3000 F for up to 30 seconds. They will immediately shed splash and can withstand repeated exposure to shed splash of molten steel, aluminum and glass.

These plugs are ideal for a range of masking applications, including; powder coating, e-coating, plating and anodizing.

The range is available in a choice of materials that include premium Silicone and economical EPDM. Silicone benefits from a high temperature rating and can be used multiple times. EPDM is also reusable with a lower heat resistance, but superior chemical resistance.

  • Materials: Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) and Silicone Rubber
  • Colors: Black and Natural

Masking Flangeless Plugs

Masking Flangeless plugs are designed to mask holes without masking the surrounding surface area. The tapered design allows mulitple hole diameters to be protected. Ergonomically friendly profile has a pull-tab for easy installation and removal. These come in a premium high-temp silicone material or in a economical reduced temp EPDM material. Applications include Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing.

Masking Pull Plugs

Masking Pull plugs are ideal for masking threaded and plain through-holes. To apply, just pull the thinner end of the plug through the hole until it stretches the larger end through the hole; then release it so it will compress and make a tight seal. Use the Flanged Pull plugs to mask the backside of the hole. These come in a premium high-temp silicone material or in an economical reduced temp EPDM material. Applications include Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing.

Masking Star Tubes

Star Tubing is a masking solution that is ideal for long studs and pins, where caps are too short. The star-shaped profile allows the part to be flexible and fits easily on to tight diameters.

They tubes are highly flexible and are able to fit several ranges. They easily fit over threaded studs, non-threaded tubes or irregular shapes. They have good heat resistance.
