Wire Rope Lanyards

Wire Rope Lanyard assemblies are used to attach quick-release pins to a fixture or frame in order to prevent the pins from being misplaced when not in use. This makes them ideal for tethering and loss prevention.

Wire Lanyards are made from 7X7 aircraft cable and are available in both Steel and Stainless Steel options. Galvanized Steel cable or wire is coated in a PVC overlay and offers a strong, flexible and protected smooth finish. Stainless Steel also provides a strong, flexible and protected finish with a Nylon overlay. Stainless Steel also offers added protection against corrosion.

Wire Rope Lanyards Coiled

These Coiled Wire Rope Lanyards, are extremely durable and highly elastic. A stretched lanyard will expand to more than 10 times its contracted length, making it ideal for securing pins, tools, identification badges, and any application that needs a large positioning tolerance.

A choice of terminus ends are available, including; stake eyes, split rings, and tails. There are also different lengths to choose from, whatever your application needs.

The Lanyard is made from Polyurethane (PU), which is a flexible, lightweight and durable material. It has high abrasion resistance, is resistant to cuts and tears, and offers resistance from oils, ozone and radiation.
