Cable Glands - Straight are used in applications where the cable or cord must be routed in a straight line, and space is limited, resulting in an unobtrusive cord management solution. They also withstand impact, chemicals, and high temperatures while providing water-tight performance and strain relief. Designed for superior sealing, an o-ring is included for smaller sizes to meet the IP68 rating.
These are simple to install and remove because they are routed, providing a secure fit. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -4F to 212F (-20C to 100C). Commonly used in industrial machinery, commercial, and electrical applications.
Handle Turn Cam Latches feature an T-shaped handle. They are commonly used cabinet and furniture applications.
The cam latches compression allows for a more secure seal where IP/NEMA performance is required. This also allows for improved insulation against noise and vibration conditions.
With locking and non-locking options to choose, you are sure to find a solution for your application.
Strain Relief Bushings are effortless to install as they can be inserted without the use of any tools whilst still providing protection to wire and fibre against rough panel hole edges. Fibre Strain relief glands provide added protection to jacketed and bare fibre while routed through a hole
A wide and diverse range of concealed hinges are available. Steel versions come in Handed, Pin, Removable Pin and Spring Loaded options. The handed hinges have a 90 degree rotational angle and the reinforced multilink articulation design offers a high resistance to bending and twisting due to high rigidity. Both left hand and right-hand application is possible and with a high mechanical strength, these hinges are suited to both light and heavy duty applications. The pin hinges have a 110 degree rotation angle, a high mechanical strength and anodised aluminium links making them ideal for heavy duty applications. The hinges with removable pins have a 180 degree rotation angle and are ideal for metallic enclosures. The door opens at two stages and the removable pin makes for straightforward disassembly of doors. They have a robust fixing via welding. Zinc Plated and Stainless Steel hinges come in different types too including removable, concealed and concealed spring-loaded pin hinge versions. The removable concealed hinge allows quick and easy door removal and suits an M5 screw (not provided). They offer an 120 degree rotation angle. The concealed hinges are left-hand and right-hand applicable and are ideal for metal enclosures and machinery covers. Types 1-6 have a hinge rotation angle of 120 degrees. Type 5 has a frame part which is screw on and a door part which is weld on. Type 7 has a hinge rotation angle of 135 degrees and types 8 and 9 are suitable for internally mounted doors. The concealed spring-loaded pin hinges come with a retractable spring loaded pin which allows the quick assembly and disassembly of the door without the aid of a tool. They are left-hand and right-hand applicable and can be used as both a locking and a positioning device.
Snub Bushings open to accept cables, wires and tubing. Once installed into a panel hole, the bushing firmly closes.
The durable material provides insulation and slight strain relief, while helping to protect the housed wires and cables from raw edges.
Strain Relief Bushings help protect electronic products by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist that may be exerted on a flexible power cord. The bushing securely protects wires and cables at the point of entry.
They are suitable for double, flat and round cables, and for mounting in round and anti-rotational holes.
Quick and easy to install. Simply position the bushing on the cable and press the ends of the bushing together with an installation tool (sold separately), then push into the hole.
