Thrust Screws - Plastic Pad

These plastic pad thrust screws are designed to provide a controlled bearing surface for components that must be precisely positioned and attached while minimising axial movement or damage to the mating surface. It guarantees smooth, controlled action while reducing friction and wear.
As the screw turns, the plastic pad applies pressure on the surface it touches, allowing for controlled movement or adjustment. It provides a secure and stable point of contact and is extremely wear-resistant.
It is simple to install under pressure, softly clamp or push threaded spindles, shafts, or surface-treated parts, and place more delicate parts. It is frequently utilised in mechanical assembly, precise instrumentation, calibration, and alignment.
