End caps also known as tube end caps, are used as protective covers at the end of an object to provide protection against damage or dirt accumulation on pipes, furniture, and other applications.
They are used in many different industries and applications, including automotive, manufacturing, and construction. End caps are made from varied materials and come in many sizes to meet your unique needs and requirements.
These versatile components are used across various industries to provide protection, safety, and aesthetic appeal in applications such as:
Gas Threads Cylinder and Valves: Prevents contamination and damage to threads and ensures secure, leak-free connections.
Hydraulics & Fluid Protection: Seals open ports and connectors, maintains system integrity and prevents fluid leakage.
Paint Works & Surface Treatment: Shields areas from overspray and debris to ensure a clean and precise finish.
Storage & Transit Protection: Safeguards ends of pipes, tubes, and rods and prevents damage during transportation.
Furniture & Metal Fabrication: Covers sharp edges for safety, enhances appearance of metal structures and protects surfaces from damage.
Explore a range of threads including BSP, metric, threaded, non-threaded, NPT and UNF threads in various industry standards such as RoHS, ANSI, REACH, ISO and more.
Our end caps are manufactured from high performance materials such as plastic, PE, LDPE, EPDM, PVC, TPE and more.

Soft Knurled Caps are a simple and economical way of protecting metric and UNF threads during painting, assembly or transportation. They have a knurled exterior and are manufacured from a soft, durable TPE that provides a better grip and a tight fit. Protects pipe ends from damage, and keeps dirt and debris out.
Easy to install and remove. They can operate in a temperature from -60 C up to 135 C.
Commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial applications.
Stud Protection Caps are used to protect BSP and UNF threads. Designed with a small flange to allow the operator to tighten it with a socket spanner without having to remove the cap.
It increases protection against contaminants and limits wasted time during repetitive operations. It also allow economical handling.
Driveshaft Protection Caps are used for the protection and masking of driveshaft, and the surrounding bearings, from oil and an array of chemicals.
Available in a choice of materials; Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). The PVC option also provides resistance to tearing and splitting.
Our range fits DIN 748, IEC 600-72 and ISO R775.
Finned Stud Caps are used to protect a wide range of studs. The internal fins provide a stronghold and are flexible to be suitable for various diameters with the use of one part. The range comes with a grip to ease the removal of the part and without a grip.
It prevents studs from rusting or corroding and protects them from abrasion. They are easy to install and remove. It is used in manufacturing, railings, fences, furniture and other applications.
Flanged Caps are designed for easy assembly and removal, either with automated equipment or by hand. Typically used to protect metric or imperial threads, with or without O-Rings. The larger flange allows for faster application and removal when using it by hand.
For the purpose of quality control; the natural coloured caps allow you to see through the cap and check whether the O-ring is installed, or not installed, on the protected fitting.
Provides a snug and secure fit.
Push Fit End Caps are a simple and economical way of protecting metric and UNF threads during painting, assembly or transportation. They are manufacured from a soft, durable TPE that provides a better grip and a tight fit. Protects pipe ends from damage, and keeps dirt and debris out.
Easy to install and remove. They can operate in a temperature from -60 C up to 135 C.
Commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial applications.
