Bolt Seals

A high security Bolt Seal that is ideal for use for the securing import and export goods both domestically, and internationally. Applications include; shipping containers, cargo containers, trucks, trailer vehicle doors and rail freights.

These bolt seals features an 18mm insert and pin head that keeps the seal engaged on the applications latch when the plastic cover is intentionally or accidentally removed. It has limited 180 degree rotation when engaged. These seals prevent high-speed spinning attacks on the barrel. The bolt seal also features a label attachment.

The range includes different options, including pins that are either coated or uncoated. The coated pin has an additional layer of paint that gives it an extra layer of protection from chips and damage.The bolt seal barrel is made from high-quality ABS material, which benefits from impact resistance and also indicates evidence of tampering.

ISO 17712:2013 (coated pin option only) and C-TPAT compliant.

To Install;
1. Place pin into barrel
2. Press down on seal
3. Use bolt cutters to remove (sold separately).

Cable Seals - Metal Body

Our Metal Cable Seals can be used to secure goods for long time periods and are used worldwide to secure goods during import and export. Typical applications include, shipping containers, cargo containers, rail freights, plastic distribution boxes, petrochemical valves, trucks and trailers.

The steel cable can only be removed using a tool (sold separately). The non-preformed cable unravels when cut to prevent tampering. These seals prevent tampering by cable cutting and reusing of the seal.

Compliant with ISO17712:2023 and C-TPAT with cable diameters of 3.5. and above.

To Install;
1. Loop the cable through the item to be sealed
2. Insert the cable through the locking chamber
3. Pull the cable all the way through the body, until the item is tightly sealed. - then pull at the body to ensure the seal is locked
4. Remove seal with the appropriate cable cutters (sold separately).

Cable Seals - Plastic Body

Our Plastic Cable Seals can be used worldwide to secure goods during import and export. A highly secure alternative to standard locks, due to the additional tamper evidence feature. The seal is easy to use on pull-tight applications. Suitable applications include; vehicle doors, bulk tankers, duty-free carts and roll cages.

The seal has an enhanced locking mechanism and includes a long tag that is ideal for the printing of QR codes or serial numbers and barcodes of up to 13-digits. The seal also has very high tensile strength, with options include; 120kg (1.5mm diameter) and 150kg (2.0mm diameter).

To Install;
1. Loop the cable through the item to be sealed
2. Insert the cable through the locking chamber
3. Pull the cable all the way through the body, until the item is tightly sealed. - then pull at the body to ensure the seal is locked
4. Remove seal with the appropriate cable cutters (sold separately).

Cam Locks

Cam Latches are designed to lock and secure access to your panels and doors with a rotating cam that is secured by engaging the frame or keeper on the rear side.

These locks offer a tool-free assembly for quick and easy mounting. They can be mounted on to doors with common thickness and are ideal for lightweight access applications.

The range is is available with a choice of Lock Types, includes; Master Key, Keyed Alike and Keyed to Differ,

Compression Latches - T Handle

Compression Latch with a T Handle are hand-operated and have a fixed design. They are used in a range of access hardware applications and are a great choice for cabinets and access panels.

Our range is available with locking and non-locking options. All locking options are supplied with two keys. All latches are supplied with rubber sealing gasket and 6mm of pre-set compression to increase noise isolation.

Corner Hinges - Fixed Pin

External Metal Corner Hinge are suitable for machine covers and electric panels. They come in different profiles and sizes to be fixed either with stud or screwed on.

Draw Latch with Keeper

Flexible Over Centre Drawer Latches have a low profile design and the keeper is concealed and fixed under the latch to aid this design feature. The handle is made from black rubber making it non-corrosive and if fixed using standard M4 screws (not supplied)

Draw Latches

Over Centre Drawer Latches have a smooth surface for an aesthetic finish and operate with a draw hook. They securely pull two components together and lock by pushing the latch over its centre. This range of latches are light duty when compared to the Wire Latches. They are used on small containers, metal boxes and light industrial cleaning machine. A choice of material is on offer to suit various application environments.

Dust Caps

These Dust Caps are designed to keep dust, humidity, dirt, ingress, and other contaminants out of locks. In addition, they offer excellent durability and resistance to wear and tear. They fit the exact hole sizes as the corresponding lock types.

These caps' snug fit and secure closure make them easy to install. As it is installed between the lock and the door, you will need to include the thickness of the dust cap base in your calculations when considering the appropriate grip range. Widely used in various industries, including electronics, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.

Fixing Plates & Rings

The Quarter Turn lock range is supplied with a range of accessories including fixing rings. These are supplied in two different types; one in Spring Steel and the other in Die Cast Zinc. They are suitable for all locks with a 20.2 x 22.2 fixing hole.

Flush Compression Lever Latches

Flush Compression Lever Latch with an offset trigger design. Provides good gasket compression and is easy to use. Suitable for left and right hand applications to secure doors, cabinets, or panels.

Suitable for a panel thickness of less than, and including, 2mm. It is available in a selection of adjustable grip range: 0-24mm, 24-46mm, 36-48mm, and 51-63mm.

These Latches come as either keyed alike (5333), keyed different or with no lock and supplied with 2 keys per lock.

Furniture Locks - Flush Cup Board

These furniture locks, also known as cabinet locks or cupboard locks, are intended to offer security and privacy. The locks are designed to be used with our rods (available separately) to give 2-point locking.

It lies flush with the metal lockers's surface, giving it a clean and inconspicuous appearance. This flush design not only improves the appearance of the furniture but also prevents the lock from snagging on garments or inflicting unintended damage.

Cupboard locks are simple to install by pressing them into the cut out hole; the clip-on body makes installation easier, and they are available with Keyed Alike or Keyed Differ cylinder choices. Commonly used in metal lockers and other storage units.

Furniture Locks - Glass Door Slide

These Glass Door Slide Furniture Locks are used in furniture and cabinets to lock glass doors and give a smooth, controlled sliding action. Developed mainly for glass doors, providing a safe and dependable locking mechanism while enabling simple access and view of the items within.

Padlock Seals

Our Padlock Seals are used to secure goods during transit, and provides obvious indication of tampering or breach - giving you peace of mind during shipping. These seals are an ideal choice for more demanding applications.

The seal can only be removed with wire cutters (sold separately). These seals offer a low-cost and secure single-use alternative to conventional padlocks. They are made from tamper evident transparent material.

Pallet Feet

Low-profile Pallet Feet that are often called Weld Cups. They fit standard metal base glides and provided added strength and protection.

The smooth Mild Steel material protects floors and helps to reduce noise levels, while fully encapsulating and protecting the metal base.

The maximum post sizes assume SHS tubing is used. This Pallet Foot range is ideal for metal pallets and stillages.

Push Locks - Bottom Rail Push

Bottom Rail Push Locks offer a good level of security for sliding glass doors by locking through the bottom rail. The push to lock action saves time in busy environments and the die-cast zinc allow lock has an anti-drill centre for added security.

Push Locks - Glass Door Pull

Pull Push Locks are fitted to the rear-most of two sliding glass doors and the inner body springs forward to prevent the doors from opening. These locks are ideal for display cases containing high value items and glass-fronted notice boards with an anti-drill centre.

Pushlock Nut Fixing Locks

This range of Locks is fixed with a nut. The Pushlocks are suitable for applications such as sliding doors, display cabinets, security grilles and shutters.
