To reduce hose distortion when clamping a flexible rubber hose, use a stamped band with rolled edges rather than a perforated one. The strap splits from the hose housing, allowing installation and removal without disconnecting the hose or tube. Used in a variety of fields, including automotive, plumbing and HVAC.
