Elematic 2-Lock™ Cable Ties are professional cable ties made from Polyamide 6.6 (PA), which have a double locking system made from Stainless Steel. A highly efficient and reliable fastener for a range of applications, and industries.
The double steel jaw is made from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, which is placed directly into the cable ties head during the manufacturing process. The innovative double steel jaw allows for locking on both sides of the cable tie, for excellent bundling and securing purposes.
The smooth profile without racks allows for an array of adjustment options along the length of the cable tie, and consistently correct tensioning for a wide range of bundle diameters. These cable ties have an installation temperature range from -40C up to 60C and can perform under an operating temperature range of -40C up to 85C.
Two colour options to choose from. The black option is manufactured from UV resistant PA, ideal for outdoor applications in extreme conditions.
Gripneck Feet, sometimes referred to as Mushroom Glides due to the mushroom-like shape of the foot, are an attractive replacement for stem-castors or stem-feet. Screw On Feet, sometimes known as Enclosure Feet, are recessed for use as rubber feet on small appliances and other retail products. These Screw-On Feet are attached with a separate screw, bolt, or rivet to the assembly, and are made from anti-scratch material to help protect and maintain surfaces.
Our Rubber Feet range includes Bumper Feet made from PVC or TPE, a Big Foot range made from ABS with a flame rating of UL94 HB.
Also available are a wide range of Bolt On Rubber Feet made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and Neoprene Rubber. These Screw Feet are ideal for wooden cabinets, equipment enclosures, free-standing electrical/electronic equipment and more. TPR benefits from excellent slip resistances.
