Gripneck Feet, sometimes referred to as Mushroom Glides due to the mushroom-like shape of the foot, are an attractive replacement for stem-castors or stem-feet. Inserted into legs or base of an application, they enable for furniture to be moved about smoothly and easily when needed. They offer more stability than a castor, which are likely to roll back and forth, particularly on tiled or laminated surfaces.
Our Gripneck Foot range features a Black Polyamide (PA) base, or foot, and a Galvanised Steel stem. The Gripneck stem makes installation quick and the smooth PA base provides effortless manoeuvrability.
There are six types to choose from, catering for a variety of application needs. Type 4 has a hollow base.
Knurled Thumb Screws, often simply referred to as Thumb Screws or a Knurled Screw, are among the most commonly used screw types and are highly important. This is due to their versatility, as they can be used across a plethora of industrial applications.
These Nylon Thumb Screws can be fastened manually; they are made for applications that need regular modification, because they are easy to install and remove. They can also be installed using a flat head screwdriver. Made from Natural Nylon 6/6, they have a knurled head that features a slotted drive.
As well as M4 Thumb Screw options, our Nylon Thumb Screw range also has M3, M5 and M6 thread size availability.
Push Fit Feet, commonly known as Grommet Feet, are an ideal choice for a host of applications. The have a number of useful properties that can provide surface protection, vibration dampening, strength retention, and skid prevention.
Our Push In Foot range is designed to simply push into punched or drilled holes, tube ends or to the base of furniture - making them quick and easy to install. They can provide stability and support in various applications and industries, including; office and retail, the manufacture of small and large appliances, furniture and cabinets, housings and cases, glass shelving and table top support, stacking, electrical and electronics equipment - and for many more.
Screw On Feet, sometimes known as Enclosure Feet, are recessed for use as rubber feet on small appliances and other retail products. These Screw-On Feet are attached with a separate screw, bolt, or rivet to the assembly, and are made from anti-scratch material to help protect and maintain surfaces.
Our Rubber Feet range includes Bumper Feet made from PVC or TPE, a Big Foot range made from ABS with a flame rating of UL94 HB.
Also available are a wide range of Bolt On Rubber Feet made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and Neoprene Rubber. These Screw Feet are ideal for wooden cabinets, equipment enclosures, free-standing electrical/electronic equipment and more. TPR benefits from excellent slip resistances.
Knurled Knobs, or Thumb Knobs easily press fit on to screws, creating a small knob for clamping or securing an application. These Thumb Screw Knobs, also known as Thumb Bolts, can be used with any length of screw. The knurled edge is easily gripped for tightening and loosening.
Our offer features a range of black and orange Knurled Knobs, made from Polyoxymethylene (POM). Several options available; the first two options offer easy assembly with bolts and nuts, with a single hammer-stroke. Suitable for M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 hexagon bolts and nuts. They are in compliance with DIN 555, 601, 934, 558, 571, 931 and 7976. The third options easily assembles on socket head screws, also with one hammer-stroke. Available for inside hexagon bolts from M3 up to M10, and in compliance with DIN 912, 6912, 7984.
Also available are Knurled Screws or Nuts made from either Steel, with a tensile strength class of 5.8 (500 N/mm). This option has a visible face fine turned and blackened. The other option made from Stainless Steel AISI 303 - the visible face find turned with a matte, shot-blasted finish. Various threads available include M5 knob screw options.
A Thumb Screw Knob made from Acetal is also in our thumb knob range. These can be used as a thumb screw or a knob, with caps available for use with any length screw. Colour options include Black, Blue and Red.
The range also features a black Polyamide (PA 6) Knurled Kbob, suitable for Socket Head Caps Screws, which easily assembles into the base of the knob. Not special tools or glue is required. The knurled edge increases grip.
T-Head Thumb Screw Knobs can be press-fit onto screws to create a small knob for clamping or securing. These knobs can be used with any length screw and the T-Head design provides extra leverage when tightening.
