Setting Tools for Sealing Plugs in imperial sizes are designed to aid in effectively installing sealing plugs in various applications. They contribute to a better seal by reducing air or contaminant leakage.
The sealing plugs are fitted into a drilled hole, and the expander ball is pressed into the plug sleeve. The plug ball's separate grooved sealing rings and are pressed into the housing material to plug and seal the hole permanently. The ball is held in position. There is no need for threading, reaming, or machining of the O-ring grooves, just tape or sealing.
The product range is offered in hand tool and air tool variants for various installations. Before exerting pressure, please ensure that the ball is fully seated. They are often utilised in pneumatics, hydraulics, fluid power, automotive, industrial, and valve applications.
