Sealing profiles are an essential component that is in fact used all around us yet hardly noticed. The objective of these gaskets is to not only provide edge protection but to provide a sealing function against dust, dirt and moisture in addition to protection from vibration and noise. Our range features many variations of sealing profiles including bubble gaskets, flipper gaskets, glazing gaskets and more available in various materials, types and lengths depending on your project requirements.

Gasket - Bubble

Bubble gaskets made from black EPDM with steel spring core. Clip-on profiles offering edge protection and sealing. Flexible and press-on by hand, making them quick and easy to use. Side or top gasket profiles and available in 20 metre rolls.

Gasket - Flipper

A choice of single or dual flipper gaskets. The single flipper is made from EDPM material, whereas the dual flippers have hard rubber carrier to improve grip to a panel and a softer rubber to aid compression. Both profiles are flexible and can be pressed on by hand, making them a quick and easy solution. Black finish and has a steel spring core. Supplied in 20.0 metre rolls.

Glazing Gaskets

Glazing Gasket made from Solid EPDM in black with a choice of 60 (Shore A) or 70 (Shore A) hardness ratings.

Range is available in a choice of profiles, including S profiles that are more suited to lightweight applications. The S profile glazing gaskets are an ideal choice when glass or acrylic panels are not subject to high pressure or exposure to external. Also available are standard profiles that offer an effective weather-proof seal, which can be used where there are rigorous environmental demands. A Zipper profile is also available for use with the standard glazing gasket profiles.

These seals are easy to fit, offering hassle free edge protection and sealing.

PVC Edge Protector

PVC Edge Protectors made by PVC with a steel spring core. Available in a variery of colour and size options.Supplied in rolls of 20 metres.Provides protection to steel edges.Profiles are flexible and pressed on by hand.Suitable for -25C to 90C. Material: PVC Colour: Black, White, Grey Series Code:

Round Cord Gasket

Round cord gasket with either EPDM Sponge or EPDM Solid profiles in a black finish. Provides edge protection and sealing.
