Adhesive Full Face Flange Protectors

Full Face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed, with an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.

The protectors provide full-faced outside diameter flange protection. They meet ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47 specification, and have a 15 pound (lb) rating.

No fasteners are required.

  • Material: Polyethylene (PE)
  • Colour: Black

Series Code :SR1373

Adhesive Raised Face Flange Protectors

Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.

Shaped like a disc, the protects provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for DIN and ANSI flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.

They discs are ozone and weather resistant, as well as offering resistance to petrol, oil and non-oxidisation acids. They are also able to withstand temperatures from -15C up to +70C.

Requires no fasteners.

  • Material: Rubber
  • Colour: Black

Bolt Hole Flange Protectors

Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit. The disc has four pre-punched holes, through which cable ties can be easily attached for a secure fit. When needed other fastening products such as retainer plugs, pins and washers can also be applied.

These protective discs provide cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface. They have a special design with multiple holes to match the flanges bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.

The extensive range covers a variety of sizes and pressure ratings. They includes options that are suitable for DIN flanges DN 10 to DN 600 - Pressure Groups PN 6, 10, 16, 15 and 40, and ANSI flanges 1/2 inch to 32 inches - Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600 and 900 pounds (lb).

Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.

  • Easy and secure fitting with cable ties or other fastener solutions.
  • Cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface.
  • Pre-punched hole design that matches a flange bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.
  • Options suitable for DIN flanges DN 10 to DN 600.
