DIN Tube Ends Cap Screws

A Cap Screw, sometimes referred to as a Cap Head Bolt, are a type of threaded fastener that is commonly used when making mechanical connections between mating components. The Cap Head Screws ensure the objects are held together securely.

Cap Screws have a large head and a cylindrical shaft with an external thread. The head of the plastic cap screw is hexagonal in shape; these Hex Head Screws are available as either a flat head bolt or with a slotted drive.

Our Hexagon Head Cap Screw range is lightweight and also resistant to corrosion, oil, abraision, and most chemicals.

• Synthetic Nylon 6/6 with its has high mechanical strength and rigidity, wear resistance and damping ability
• Polyamide 6.6 that has good heat resistance, durability and strength
• Polycarbonate (PC) which is a strong, transparent plastic with great impact resistance
• Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) with UL rated flame resistance; a material that has a continuous use temperature of 180C, and good chemical resistance
• Polypropylene (PP), a semi-rigid thermoplastic material with good heat and fatigue resistance
• Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) with good thermal stability, UV resistance, as well as good resistance from abrasion, high energy radiation, creep, fatigue, chemicals and solvants, and has high dielectric strength.

A range of protective caps designed for standard pipe sizes that are available at a low cost, but with a high quality finish. Our Standard Size Pipe Caps are available in a choice of material options; LDPE and Flexible PE, and cover a wide range of pipe end cap sizes.

These moulded pipe caps are designed to grip over the external diameter of pipes and tubes, to prevent the ingress of foreign agents, during storage and shipping. There design allows for quick and easy assembly and removal, either by hand or with the use of automated equipment.

The pipe cap range features caps that have internal ribs that ensure a tight fit and help release air pressure build up. In addition, the range includes caps that have a small vent hole. The vent hole allows the pipe end caps to be properly fitted, which also helps to eliminate air pressure.
