Our range of O-Ring Face Seal Caps are designed to protect O-Ring face seal connectors that are used on hydraulic connections.
The cap design features a longer overall length for added protection from the ingress of dirt and other contaminants. They also include a moulded retaining ring at the bottom that snaps under the connector to keep it securely in place during transit and processing.
Our range is suitable for both UNF and JIC thread sizes.
Tapered Plastic Plug Caps have two functions; plug and cap.
The Tapered Plug is used to plug the end of tubing, pipes, and bars. Tapered Pipe Plugs are desiged to fit snugly on to the end of a tube to keep liquid, dirt and other ingres out of the cavity - or indeed to help retain the contents that is within. Alternatively, Cap Plugs can be used as Tapered Caps. The Tapered Cap fits neatly over the outside diameter at the end of a tube, pipe or bar. This prevents dirt, dust, moisture, liquids and other contaniments from entering the cavity opening during manufacturing, masking, storage, and transportation.
Our Tapered Cap Plug range is made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). This durable Plastic Plug Caps material protects the application from damage, as well as offering corrosion resistance.The Tapered Plug Caps range is suitable for a wide range of hole diameters, so you're sure to find a solution to suit your project requirments.
These Plug Caps are available in a choice of colour options, including; Black, Blue, Clear (Transparent), Red and Yellow.

Tear Tab Caps are quick-fit and quick-release caps. As a rapid solution, they can be easily fitted and removed across an array of applications, including; critical hydraulic tubes and pipes, such as those that carry oils and other fluids around vehicles and machineries. This makes them an ideal choice for the specialist vehicle manufacturing industry, and other automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Tear Tab Caps also assist in the protection of tube and pipe ends during transportation and storage. They protect parts from damage, dirt, moisture and other forms of ingress. These caps are highly versatile, and ideal for a range of applications and different threads, including; BSP, GAS, UNF, JIC and NPT.
Made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), the caps feature a simple tear-away tab for quick release, and fast removal. The ease of extracting the Tear Tab Cap from the hydraulic pipework makes the removal process faster. By simply pulling the tab, the cap splits open, tearing away.
The LDPE material is tough and flexible. They provide many of the advantages of PVC caps, such as integrity and cleanliness.

The protection cap protects flared and flare less from contaminants like dirt, dust, debris, and moisture out of the hole.
Features a knurled head design that makes them easy to install and remove by hand by twisting them or pushing them in on the pipe or tube. They are ideal for UNF/JIC threads, and if you pick the yellow option, they are made of HDPE and have a long profile, which allows for more threading turns. It can withstand temperatures between Min. -30C, Max. +80C. The range of Protection caps can be used in various applications, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automotive, and industrial applications.
These Threaded Protection Plugs for UNF Threads protect threads and fittings from damage during production, storage, and shipment, ensuring that they remain in good condition and ready for use when needed.
