Cable Glands provide entry for a cable into an enclosure. With variations in thread size, colour and mounting thread lengths the range supports an array of Cable Glands to suit your application needs. Customers may also be interested in our range of Brass Locknuts and Cable Gland Covers that are available to buy seperately.
These Cable Gland Straight /Nylon are used in various applications to fasten and seal electrical cables. These cable glands' outstanding material strength and corrosion resistance ensure longevity and endurance. For smaller sizes, no sealing washer is required to fulfil IP68 certification, and it comes with a TPE inner sealing gland and a CR/ NBR outer sealing gland. Remove the inner sealing gland for larger cable diameters.
These cable glands are designed to keep moisture, dust, and other impurities from your cables and electrical connections. It is also durable, easy to install, and lightweight, making it an excellent choice for weight issues. It can withstand temperatures from -20 C to 100 C. Used in various applications, including telecommunications, automotive, and construction. Locknut and sealing washers are available separately.
These Cable Glands Spiral are used to secure and seal armoured electrical cables. It has a spiral thread that grabs the armoured cable, creating a secure and watertight closure. The spiral structure enables easy cable insertion and removal and efficient cable management.
It provides strain relief for mobile and flexible cables, reducing the danger of cable damage due to tension or pulling. It also provides dependable protection against moisture and environmental threats. Used in various applications, including telecommunications, automotive, and construction. Locknut and sealing washers are sold separately.
These Cable Glands are used to manage cables while keeping the surroundings secure and structured. Resistant to environmental factors like moisture, dust, and UV rays. In addition, it is a reliable closure that is weather resistant and resistant to twisting, stress and snagging.
It has a click-in method that securely secures the cable in place without using any additional tools. It is used for various applications, including electrical wiring, HVAC systems, data or communication cables.
Fibre Strain Relief Glands are designed to provide protection to jacketed and bare fibre, while routed through holes. The Nylon body mounts directly on the panel, and the jacketed cable is passed through the centre hole. Made from UL94 V0 rated Black Nylon.
Optical Fibre Relief Boots protect wires and fibre cables from rough panel hole edges during installation and use. Very easy to install - no tools are needed.
These boots provide added protection to 900 micron fibre, while routing cables and wires through a hole. They also limit the angle of the fibre cable, which can help reduce signal loss. This is a huge time and cost-saving.
Self-drilling and self-piercing screws are a type of fastener that combines drilling and fastening operations in a single action, removing the requirement for pre-drilling. They have a pointed head that allows the screw to self-tap into a panel. This reduces the amount of time and physical work necessary for fixing.
Easily driven into the surface with a power drill or screwdriver and provides a strong and secure hold. Ideal for use in applications where a high degree of strength and stability is required, such as in metalworking or construction.
Snub Bushings open to accept cables, wires and tubing. Once installed into a panel hole, the bushing firmly closes.
The durable material provides insulation and slight strain relief, while helping to protect the housed wires and cables from raw edges.
Our range of Standoffs, which are commonly referred to as Hex Spacers or Standoff Pillars, are quick and easy to install thanks to their screw-in design. Our standoffs are available in both a non-undercut and undercut version. Non-undercut spacers offer greater stability, but require a washer for installation. Whereas undercut spacers are much quicker to install, and allow spacers to be stacked and do not require the use of a washer - making them a econonical solution. Our spacer range is also available in self-tapping types for mating with non-threaded fittings.
Our standoff spacers offering includes undercut male to female standoff made from either, nickel-plated brass, zinc-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel, which are self-tapping. Female to female hex spacers made from brass, stainless steel, nickel-plated brass or zinc-plated steel. A self-tapping male to female hexagonal spacer made from nickel-plated hardened steel that's brass coloured. We also offer a round natural Nylon 6/6 push spacer.
Strain Relief Bushings help protect electronic products by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist that may be exerted on a flexible power cord. The bushing securely protects wires and cables at the point of entry.
These bushing also act as a secure anchor and help insulate the cable assembly. They are suitable for double, flat and round cables, and for mounting in round and anti-rotational holes.
Quick and easy to install. Simply position the bushing on the cable and press the ends of the bushing together with an installation tool (sold separately), then push into the hole.
