Available in multiple sizes; they can protect over 25 imperial or metric thread sizes against damage, dirt, moisture and corrosion during storage and shipping. The flexible pull tab makes removal straightforward.

Threaded O-ring Plugs for UNF Threads include a compressed flange lip and an O-ring (optional) to provide a watertight seal and superior leakage prevention for hydraulic threads. The threaded O-ring keeps contaminants like dirt, dust, debris, and moisture out of the hole.

It may be installed using a hex wrench, screwdriver, or hand. Often used on flat-faced hydraulic fittings, it is recommended when strength and resistance are desired as it can withstand temperatures that range from -40F to 230F | -40C to 110C. Used in oil and gas, plumbing, and automotive sectors where leak-proof seals are crucial to system integrity.
