Ezeplugs are used to seal and secure threaded holes. They include a central or lateral pull tab that allows them to be easily inserted and removed from threaded holes. Several sizes are available to protect over 25 different imperial and metric thread sizes. It protects against damage, dirt, moisture, and corrosion during storage and shipping.

It is simple to install with the patented quick-fit design and locks the plug in place with a simple push. It also has a sturdy and flexible pull tab that makes removing it easy. Used in various applications, including industrial machinery, control panels, electrical panels, and other equipment.

Flanged Caps are designed for easy assembly and removal, either with automated equipment or by hand. Typically used to protect metric or imperial threads, with or without O-Rings. The larger flange allows for faster application and removal when using it by hand.

For the purpose of quality control; the natural coloured caps allow you to see through the cap and check whether the O-ring is installed, or not installed, on the protected fitting.

Vinyl End Caps, commonly known as Flexicaps or PVC End Caps. A round cap that protects the outside diameter of threaded or non-threaded tubes, rods, pipes or paper tubes. The vinyl material can stretch on to larger dimensions for a tight fit without tearing, splitting or shredding.

These round vinyl end caps include a red flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) 60 Shore version, which is made from softer and more flexible material that allows for easy fitting. The bright red colour offers high visibility, thus reducing health and safety risks. Also included is a black PVC 80 Shore version that is more rigid than the red option. Also available is a glossy, dip-moulded round end tip that has a smooth finish. Durable round plastic end caps for round tubing are ideal product presentation and protection.

These vinyl caps provide a high-gloss, attractive finish making them ideal for use as decorative end caps. The flexibility and durability allows suitable fit for multiple applications. The protection cap protects flared and flare less from contaminants like dirt, dust, debris, and moisture out of the hole.

Features a knurled head design that makes them easy to install and remove by hand by twisting them or pushing them in on the pipe or tube. They are ideal for UNF/JIC threads, and if you pick the yellow option, they are made of HDPE and have a long profile, which allows for more threading turns. It can withstand temperatures between Min. -30C, Max. +80C. The range of Protection caps can be used in various applications, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automotive, and industrial applications.
