All-Fit Concealed Hinges

Universal Bushings that is designed to protect wires, cables, tubing and other irregular shaped items from sharp, unfinished edges in panels.

The bushing helps to absorb shock and vibration, and also benefits from insulation properties. The web or shutters on the bushing diameter provide a fit for various sizes, while providing a clean finished appearance.

Installation is simple and fast - simply apply fingertip pressure to snap the bushing into position. No tools are needed.

All-Fit adjustable bushings are designed to protect wire, cable, tubing or irregular shaped items from sharp, unfinished edges. The web or shutters help absorb shock and vibration. They have a split design allowing the bushings to be assembled into holes that may already contain a bundle. Fingertip pressure required to snap lock the bushing into its mounting hole. Concealed Hinges are primarily used for internally mounted doors and other entry ways. Suitable applications include metal enclosures, machinery covers and a variety of lightweight and heavy duty applications.

These hinges provide a smooth surface for the external part of the door panel and allows adjustment for variable drilling and fitting patterns. The integral pin enables easy removal of the door for better access options. Permanent and removable hinge options are available.

The range features options with a two part mounting application; the frame part is screwed on and the door part is mounted by nut or welded stud directly on to a door. Alternatively a range of quick and easy screw-mounting options are available that can be mounted with M5 or M6 screws (sold separately). Left Hand and Right Hand mounting options area available,.
