Designed to provide all-round protection to internally coated flanges, our flange covers are easy to fit and suitable for all flange types. These tight fitting flange covers are available in plastic and rubber and have a wide range of standards depending on your project needs.
They act as a barrier, shielding the flange surface from external elements such as corrosion, contaminants, or physical damage, ensuring the continued efficiency and longevity of the piping system.
Full Face Flange Protectors - are designed to safeguard the integrity of flange connections in industrial piping systems. They consist of a circular plate made from durable plastic, which covers the entire face of a flange.
Raised face flange protectors - are specifically engineered for raised face flanges commonly used in industrial piping systems, designed to cover the raised surface around the bolt holes of the flange.
Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.
Shaped like a disc, the protects provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for DIN and ANSI flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.
They discs are ozone and weather resistant, as well as offering resistance to petrol, oil and non-oxidisation acids. They are also able to withstand temperatures from -15C up to +70C.
Requires no fasteners.
Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit. The disc has four pre-punched holes, through which cable ties can be easily attached for a secure fit. When needed other fastening products such as retainer plugs, pins and washers can also be applied.
These protective discs provide cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface. They have a special design with multiple holes to match the flanges bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.
The extensive range covers a variety of sizes and pressure ratings. They includes options that are suitable for DIN flanges DN 10 to DN 600 - Pressure Groups PN 6, 10, 16, 15 and 40, and ANSI flanges 1/2 inch to 32 inches - Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600, 9 00, 1500 and 2500 pounds (lb).
Face Protector that acts as a protective guard to shield flanges from dirt, moisture, paint and sand blasting.
The tapered design creates a strong adhesion to the collar of the pipe application, and requires no fasteners for fitting. Made from durable material, they are suitable for DIN and ANSI flanges.
Flange Protector Retainer Plugs offer an effective solution for securing full face protective discs and bolt hole flange protectors (both available to buy separately) to a pipes flange surface.
To install; simply insert the plug through the holes on the flange protector, and directly into the bolt holes for firm and secure protection.
The use of four plugs is recommended to firmly fasten each full face protective disc to its application.
Full Face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design. Ideal for sandblasting applications.
Suitable for all wall thickness and cover raised face only. This flange protection requires no fasteners to assemble. It meets ANSI Class 150 and 2500 ratings.
Studded Flange Protector provides full-face coverage and bore protections for high pressure applications. The lugs insert securely into the flange bolt holes for a positive fit.
Manufactured from a cost-effective material that has good chemical resistance. The range has options that offer suitable protection for SAE Code 61 (3000 to 5000 PSI) and SAE Code 62 (6000 PSI).
