Self-adhesive gaskets are common components that are used to remove the danger of the gasket slipping during the sealing process. The self-adhesive backing is generally used as an aid to fitting and assembly allowing for a clean and efficient installation. We stock various adhesive gaskets such as weather stripping gaskets - often used around doors and windows, sharing similarities with our bubble gaskets. Also featured in our range are EPDM adhesive gaskets, commonly used in external applications thanks to the EPDM materials resistance to weathering, ageing and various environments, whereas you will find the use of EMI gaskets in applications such as electronic devices that require shielding.

Dual Material Gasket

Dual Material Gasket features an adhesive, high-bond taped profile. This allows the gasket to be easily and instantly fixed and creates a permanent attachment that is not intended to be removed. The range features Dense Strip and Extruded Sponge Strip options.

These gaskets provide sealing and edge protection. They are most commonly used in industrial and automotive applications. They are an ideal choice in areas of high dynamic uses that are exposed to rigorous daily demands.

When applied on metal sheet they offer resistance against vibrations, ingress of humidity and dirt. They also provide an additional seal to enclosure boxes.

EMI Gasketing

EMI Gasketing with clip-on profiles, offer edge protection and sealing. Used on metal sheet, they offer protection from vibrations, ingress of humidity and dirt. They provide an additional seal to enclosure boxes. Made from PU and featues an adhesive seal.

EPDM Adhesive Gasketing

EPDM adhesive gasketing tape is a closed cell foam offering great barrier protection from moisture and air. Offers excellent weather and oxidation resistance, excellent conformability, flexibility at low temperatures and is suitable for outdoor use. Ideal for applications, including; HVAC, Appliance, Construction and General assembly.

Gasket Seal - Flipper

Dual Flipper Gasket has a flexible, clip-on profile that conveniently presses on by hand. This makes then quick and easy to use. The gasket provides sealing and edge protection to a range of applications across both the industrial and automotive industries.

Essentially used on metal sheet, they offer protection from vibrations, ingress of humidity and dirt. They also provide an additional seal to enclosures.

The gasket is dual material; a hard rubber carrier helps to improve grip to panel and a softer rubber aids compression.

Weather Stripping Gaskets

This range of Weather Stripping Gasket features a rubber-based permanent adhesive on both sides, which is not recommended for applications with direct UV exposure.
The gasket has excellent resistance to acid, ozone and oxidation.

Ideal for use in HVAC or electrical enclosures, lighting fixtures, vibration dampening and more.
