Adhesive Mount Locking Cable Clamps are designed to securely gather, routes and locks wires, cords and cables in place. The lock allows opening and closing several times to add or remove cables. It is used in walls, ceilings, and floors.
Resistant to high vibration, it can maintain a secure grip even when used continuously. Used in electronics, and automotive industries.
These cable clamps with adhesive mounts are used for cable management and organisation. Designed to grip and lock cables, wires, or cords while maintaining a neat and organised appearance. They are extremely durable and resistant to wear and stress. This ensures that the clamp can support the weight and tension of the cables it is holding.
The locking function ensures the cables stay in place and do not slip or get disorganised. It is simple to install using high-quality adhesive tape or screw mounting holes. Suitable for various applications, including automotive, construction, telecommunications, data centres, and industrial settings.
Hinged Locking Clamp is ideal for holding corrugated or convoluted tubing and other bundles.
An internal rib spans the diameter of the clamp and provides a firm grip. This ribbed design helps accommodate a wide range of panel thickness and can be applied to a variety of materials. A firm grip is further ensured by the large, contoured base, which offers all-round stable mounting.
The top of the clamp features a hinge mechanism that is releasable. This allows tubes, wires and cables to be easily removed or added to the clamp. It also allows for convenient maintenance and bundle re-routing.
These clamps have corrosion, vibration and abrasion resistance.
Cable Clamp with a hinged locking top are ideal for secure cable bundle routing and mounting.
How to Install;
Cables are placed in the centre of the clamp. The hinged top is then placed over the cables. The legs of the clamps are then inserted into two panel holes. The top is secured using two screws self-tapping screws. As the screws are engaged, the clamp legs expands and holds the clamp in place. There is no requirement for a nut, which means the bottom side of the board does not need to be accessed.
The hinged top is adjustable and can therefore be easily released, by simply removing the screws. This allows for hassle-free maintenance, removal and re-routing of cable bundles.
These Cable Clamps are used to gather and route cables and wires, keeping them tidy, secure, and conveniently accessible. The robust structure ensures your cables are securely held in place, eliminating tangling, damage, or accidental disconnection. It has a plug-in application for simple installation, and the adjustable clip accommodates a wide range of wire diameters.
It is excellent for high vibration applications since, once closed, the clip will not open until the tab is released. There is still the option to reopen the tab and reutilise the clamp with alternative cable diameters. The snap-on design allows for quick installation and can be used in cabling applications such as data centres and networking facilities, telecommunications networks, or electrical.
Can be opened and closed multiple times for adding or removing cables. Large contoured base that assures stable mounting. Nylon 6/6
