Bolt Hole Flange Protectors

Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit. The disc has four pre-punched holes, through which cable ties can be easily attached for a secure fit. When needed other fastening products such as retainer plugs, pins and washers can also be applied.

These protective discs provide cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface. They have a special design with multiple holes to match the flanges bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.

The extensive range covers a variety of sizes and pressure ratings. They includes options that are suitable for DIN flanges DN 10 to DN 600 - Pressure Groups PN 6, 10, 16, 15 and 40, and ANSI flanges 1/2 inch to 32 inches - Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600, 9 00, 1500 and 2500 pounds (lb).

Full Face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design. Ideal for sandblasting applications.

Suitable for all wall thickness and cover raised face only.This flange protection requires no fasteners to assemble. It meets ANSI Class 150 and 2500 ratings.
