Continuous hinges are available in a range of sizes to suit your application needs. Starting with 0.9mm and 1.2mm thick hinges which offer a lighter duty continuous hinge. They are sold in backs of 2 x 1020mm lengths and are available both drilled and undrilled. They can be riveted, screwed or welded into position and are ideal for lightweight furniture, cabinet/enclosures, and sheet metal fabrication. The drilled type has holes to suit countersunk No.4 screws for the 0.9mm version and No.6 for the 1.2mm version. 1.6mm and 2mm hinges offer a more medium duty continuous hinge. They are sold in packs of 2 x 1016mm lengths and suit a wide range of commercial and engineering applications. The drilled type has holes to suit countersunk no.8 screws; this applies to both 1.6 and 2mm types
Countersunk Mount Leaf Hinges are a general purpose hinge that is suitable for a range of applications, and can be surface mounted on plain and flush mount doors.
The range offers different formats of countersunk holes depending on the strength of the support required by the application, as well as a choice of leaf shape styles and mounting hole quantities. Different rotation angles are available.

Metal Leaf Hinges are available for applications for flush mounted doors with half countersunk mounting holes on one side of the component and half threaded studs on the other. The range of Die-Cast Zinc Alloy hinges have a maximum rotation of 270 degrees and there are a number of types available.
