Push-In Barrel Plugs

Push-in Barrel plugs are designed to fit snugly into hole openings, providing an excellent seal and protection from contaminants, damage, dirt, corrosion, debris, and moisture during storage and shipping. They feature convex sides to assure your components' safety.

The plug has a closed top design and is easily installed and removed by pushing it in. These plugs can be used in various applications, including medical, automotive, food and beverage, and industrial machinery.

Push-In Plugs for NPT Threads

A plug specially designed for the plugging of NPT tapered threaded fittings.

The tapered design means the product is able to plug multiple inside diameters - making it highly versatile. In order to assure a proper fit; the plug dimension should be approximately one percent larger than the inside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inches).
