The clamps in this range are adjustable and can be reopened once the tab is released. This function allows for routing changes. The range also includes options with a side lock on the top of the clamp that prevents the clip from sliding open.

Adhesive Mount Locking Cable Clamps are designed to securely gather, routes and locks wires, cords and cables in place. The lock allows opening and closing several times to add or remove cables. It is used in walls, ceilings, and floors.

Adhesive Mount Locking D Clamp

D-Style Adhesive Mount Locking Cable Clamp features an acrylic adhesive base, making them quick and easy to install or remove. These clamps securely gather and lock cables, wires, and cords in place. Their top presses under the lid to lock the threads in place and are reusable, allowing cables to be added and removed a number of times. Used for walls, ceilings and floors, among other places.

Cable Clamps - Fir Tree Mount, Hinged Locking Top

Hinged Locking Clamp is ideal for holding corrugated or convoluted tubing and other bundles.

An internal rib spans the diameter of the clamp and provides a firm grip. This ribbed design helps accommodate a wide range of panel thickness and can be applied to a variety of materials. A firm grip is further ensured by the large, contoured base, which offers all-round stable mounting.

The top of the clamp features a hinge mechanism that is releasable. This allows tubes, wires and cables to be easily removed or added to the clamp. It also allows for convenient maintenance and bundle re-routing.

These clamps have corrosion, vibration and abrasion resistance.

Cable Clamps - Hinged Locking

Cable Clamp with a hinged locking top are ideal for secure cable bundle routing and mounting.

How to Install;
Cables are placed in the centre of the clamp. The hinged top is then placed over the cables. The legs of the clamps are then inserted into two panel holes. The top is secured using two screws self-tapping screws. As the screws are engaged, the clamp legs expands and holds the clamp in place. There is no requirement for a nut, which means the bottom side of the board does not need to be accessed.

The hinged top is adjustable and can therefore be easily released, by simply removing the screws. This allows for hassle-free maintenance, removal and re-routing of cable bundles.

These Cable Clamps are used to gather and route cables and wires, keeping them tidy, secure, and conveniently accessible. Mini Wire Saddles are primarily used to gather and route cables for electronic applications. The wire saddle keeps components tidy and removes clutter. They also help ensure cables are easy to access for further assembly or repair.

Paddle Latch - Push to Close

A Paddle Latch is a recessed release handle, commonly found on enclosure doors and access panels. Sometimes known as a Paddle Lock; they work by simply pulling the release mechanism, the paddle latch bar is retracted and the door can then be opened.

Our Paddle Latches have a locking mechanism, available in Eurokey or Keyed Different. The paddle latch lock cylinder can be opened from the inside by moving the cam, and they are keyed alike with Stainless Steel.The Paddle Lock Latch range is supplied with one key.

Our Locking Paddle Latch offer is available in a choice of body and handle materials, including; Steel and Polyamide (PA). The Steel Paddle Latch range is offered with Black Powder Coating or Zinc Plating, and a choice of Brass or Steel cam material. The PA Paddle Locks are available with a Brass cam.

These push to close Paddle Latch products have either a 'long cam' or a 'slam shut' operation.

Push-In Rivets - Bevelled Head

Push In Rivet, also known as a H Type Rivet, has a bevelled head design. The bevel design helps facilitates efficient assembly and removal.

The rivet is installed by quickly and easily inserting it into the work piece. Press down on the pin, which engages the "H-shaped" grommet. Once the pin is inserted into the grommet, the grommet legs expand and lock the rivet assembly firmly into position. Once the rivet assembly is installed, the head of the pin protrudes from the panel surface, but gives a nice clean and finished look nonetheless.

Push-In Rivets - Countersunk

Countersunk Rivets are used in countersunk holes and other applications that require a flat finish. Their design allows them to sit flush to a surface, meaning the rivet head will not protrude once installed. They are ideal for sliding track applications.

These rivets also benefit from a tamper resistant design and they are able to accommodate countersunk hole specification DIN ISO 7721.

Push-In Rivets - Folding Leg

Folding Leg Push-In Rivets have a foldable leg design that provides a secure grip for a range of applications and materials.

Pushing the pin into the rivet body causes the legs to expand outwards, allowing them to get a firm grip on the material in the assembly. The rivet legs expand to a distance of 18.6mm.

This expansion allows the rivet to cover a larger surface area, but as a result has a weaker tensile strength. This makes these rivets more suited to thinner applications, such as cardboard boxes and other porous materials. Once installed, the rivet cannot be removed from the outside of the box.

Push-In Rivets - Removable Knob Head

This Push In Rivet, also known as a Push/Pull Knob Rivet or a Releasable Rivet, is a type of panel fastener designed for optimal assembly and removal for a range of applications, particularly those that require regular maintainance, as well as fast assembly and removal.

This "T" style Removable Rivet features a knob-shaped rivet head that is easy to grasp, and will improve operator comfort. The Knob Head Rivet benefits from a simple push-push design and requires no installation tools. This easy and effective push-pull design allows for these Releasable Rivets to snap in and out of the application up to 25 times - making them a highly economical and reusable solution. Push-In Rivets - Snap

Snap Rivets are a quick and easy fastener solution, which can be installed without the need of any tools! Fast and economical, they have specially designed legs that expand and firmly lock the component parts permanently in place.

Browse our extensive Nylon Snap Rivet range that fits with a simple push, and have a tidy and smooth finish. Options made from Nylon 6, with a UL94 V2 flame resistance, or made from Nylon 6/66 with a flame resistance of UL94 V0. Also available in the Nylon Snap Rivets range are Heat Resistant Rivet Snaps made from Nylon 4/6 that have a UL94 V2 flame resistance rating.

Available are Pushing P Snap Rivets made from Black Polysulfone (PSU) that are UL94 HB flame rated. They can withstand temperatures up to 155C. Additionally, we also have a small selection of Spread Rivets, a fixing rivet for multiple panels, available in Clear K Resin or Black and White Polypropylene (PP).

Push-In Rivets - Spreading Rivets

Spreading Rivets are a type of rivet that provides a fast, economical and permanent fastening solution. Spreading Rivets are installed by placing the rivet body into a panel hole and pushing the pre-assembled plunger downwards into the assembly. The rivet expands in the application, providing a secure and tight fit. These rivets provide solid connections by means of blind side fixing.

Our range features a choice of material options that include; Nylon 6, Nylon 6/6, Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE). This rivet range offers good electrical insulation, and also corrosion resistance.

Available to buy separately is a Rivet Hand Tool that offers faster fixing for these Spreading Rivets, and is the recommended application method.

Quarter Turn Fasteners

Quarter Turn Panel Fasteners, commonly known as Quarter-turn Studs or Rivets, engage receptacles and are fastened by turning the stud about 90 degrees - a process known as a 'quarter-turn rotation'. The fastener provides a predictable holding force and offers a detent in locked position that resists opening in error. Quarter-turn Fasteners & assembly parts offer a solution that is quick, but secure in its assembly. Plastic Quarter Turn Rivets are a fast fastener that provide a permanent mounting solution. An ideal choice, suitable for security panels and components that need to be replaced in a hurry.

To install and remove Plastic Quarter Turn Fasteners: Use a flat-head screwdriver or a coin and give the fastener a quarter-turn. This releases the bottom panel while retaining the fastener in the removable panel. Alternatively, drive the plunger into the grommet with a hammer that locks two panels together.

Our Quarter Turn Fastener range is available in a choice of materials, including; Acetal Co-Polymer, Acetal RMS-14, Polyoxymethylene (POM), Nylon 6/6 and Polyamide.

Snap Latch Rivets

Snap Latch Rivets comprise of a Plunger made from Nylon 6 and a Grommet made from Polycarbonate (PC). Together they form a Snap Latch assembly for the joining and securing of panels.

To install; simply push the grommet into the removable panel and then the desired plunger into the grommet. When the panel and plunger are pushed into the fixed panel, it locks them together. Pull on the plunger to easily remove the non-fixed panel.

These handy panel fasteners are ideal for applications that require regular maintenance work. They are offered in easy-grip or mini-grip designs to suit an array of panel hole and thickness ranges.

Snap Latch Rivets are ideal for applications, such as; electrical equipment, metal enclosures, telecommunications equipment, appliances, and more.

Spread Rivets

Spread Rivets are used for the fixing and joining of multiple panels. Our range is available in a choice of two materials; K-Resin and Polypropylene (PP).

The K-Resin options are clear in colour. This material benefits from high impact resistance, rigidity and excellent clarity and gloss. This makes it a good choice for finished products. K-Resin is a good option for a range of applications, including medical and display components.

The PP options are available in black and white. This material has good temperature stability and is resistant to most acids and alkaline's. PP is a good option for electronic applications or as a packaging component.
