Superball Closed Linear Ball Bushings

Superball Closed Linear Ball Bushings are used in demanding applications and are designed to provide high precision movement and smooth motion. Composed of a housing with a row of 4-6 round ball circuits housed in a cage. This bushing type has three times the load capacity and a life span of 27 times that of traditional linear bushings. They provide self-alignment, which extends travel life by minimising friction between the shaft and balls and allowing for slight misalignments between the shaft and the bearing.

It has a closed design that shields the interior bearing components from dust, dirt, and other contaminants and is only intended for use with hardened shafts.

It can withstand temperatures from -20C to +80C and is ideal for applications such as automation systems, food packaging machines, and manufacturing processes.
