These spacers have a threaded male end that is mounted securely using a hex nut. The top end has a snap lock arrowhead nose that holds the PCB in place.

These are edge locking supports that require no hole in the top board. They have an integrated locking pin on the bottom to prevent rotation. The UBM grips the PC Board on the side and the UBMC grips the board and is easily released. They have a wide base that minimizes rocking.
