Plastic Cable Grommets

Universal Bushings that is designed to protect wires, cables, tubing and other irregular shaped items from sharp, unfinished edges in panels.

The bushing helps to absorb shock and vibration, and also benefits from insulation properties. The web or shutters on the bushing diameter provide a fit for various sizes, while providing a clean finished appearance.

Installation is simple and fast - simply apply fingertip pressure to snap the bushing into position. No tools are needed.

Open Bushings that are universal in nature feature an easy to push in design. This allows them to easily lock into place at common panel thickesses. The split design allows side entry of pre-assembled cords, cables or tubes that have segments larger than the bushings internal diameter, such as connectors.

They offer ideal protection for wires, cables and tubing from unfinished, sharp edges. The open design allows the bushing to be assembled into holes that already contain a bundle. They can be adjusted to accept various diameters and shapes. Effortlessly installed with fingertip pressure, meaning no tools are required for installation.

Diaphragm Grommets contain a thin central film which can be pierced to allow a range of different sized wires to pass through into an enclosure or through a panel. Two sided cut-outs have the central film in the centre of the grommet

Edge mount grommets easily mount to the edges of panels, routes cables, and protects wires from sharp edges. "Wings" are flexible so it can accept various diameters and shapes. Open design allows cables to be inserted and removed.

IP67 Grommets provide a dust and watertight seal. They are suitable for external applications. Act as a blanking plug until a cable is installed.

Grommet is used by inserting the "un-flipped" grommet into the hole, forming dies on each side of the hole are pressed together until the grommet flips over itself, creating a flange on both sides of the hole. Meets NAS 1368 standard.

Strain Relief Bushings help protect electronic products by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist that may be exerted on a flexible power cord. The bushing securely protects wires and cables at the point of entry.

They are suitable for double, flat and round cables, and for mounting in round and anti-rotational holes.

Quick and easy to install. Simply position the bushing on the cable and press the ends of the bushing together with an installation tool (sold separately), then push into the hole.
