Push-in PCB Supports

These spacers have a flexible fir tree fixing that will lock into round, threaded, punched or drilled blind holes. They are available in locking and non-locking options.

Quick Fit PCB Terminals

Easily mounted and soldered to the PCB these Quick Fit Terminals help increase PCB retention strength by keeping the terminal perpendicular, whilst maintaining the position for wave soldering.Manufactured in Steel or Brass with a Tin plate finish.

Reverse Locking PCB Supports

These reverse mount supports are installed from the underside of the chassis. They have a thin buttonhead for minimal protrusion under the chassis. The top of the support, where the PCB rests comes in four options: Snap-fit, Bayonet, Arrowhead and Flat rest.

Series Code :SR2749

Rivet Locking PCB Support Pillars

Designed to mount easily on chassis with plastic SR snap rivet. Allows mounting to a range of panel thicknesses. Button head on rivet for minimal protrusion on chassis underside.

Round Insulation Standoffs

These Standoffs are designed to be installed by hand and do not require assembly equipment. The round standoffs are suitable for a wide range of applications and are ideal for use when high mechanical strength is required and provide sturdy, insulated spacing for high power electronic applications. They are made of nylon with brass inserts and are rated UL94 V-2.

Series Code :SR2797

Round Unthreaded Metal Spacers

Round Spacers, or Metal Tube Spacers, are a versatile universal assembly element, for use in all sectors. Our Metal Spacers are available as Nickel Plated Brass non threaded spacers or as Stainless Steel Spacers. Spacer diameters start from 4mm up to 10mm, and lengths from 1mm up to 40mm.Nickel is a non-ferrous material that is widely used in electronics applications, as it has good conductivity. Nickel plating makes it suitable for decorative applications, thanks to its appealing shine. Brass is a RoHS compliant material. Stainless steel has good corrosion and wear resistance, as well as being strictly non-magnetic.These Round Metal Spacers are ideal for decorative applications, such as displays and furniture.

  • DIN Rated.

Screw & Lock Support - Retaining

These retaining spacers have a specialty configured ID designed to grip the screw shank holding it in place. Avaialble in many spacing and screw options.

Screw Grommets

Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCB. Available in three different types: Standard, Folding leg and Sealing.

Series Code :SR2762

Screw-In Spacer

These spacers have a threaded female end that is mounted securely using a screw. The top end has a locking arrowhead nose that holds the PCB in place.

Series Code :SR2787

Self Adhesive PCB Supports

Self Adhesive PCB Mounts, also known as PCB Pillars or PCB Support, provide insulation benefits, and help secure Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for a range of electronical assemblies and applications. Helping prevent short circuit and shock, PCB Support Pillars are used in most electronic objects, including; smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, and common kitchen appliances.

Our PCB Pillar range come with a double-sided adhesive tape that features a release tab for quick installation. The adhesive element eliminates the need for mounting holes on the chassis.

Available with snap-locking, push spacer and miniature options. Snap-locking types aid fast installation by hand.

  • Colour: Natural
  • Material: Nylon 6/6
  • UL94 V2 flame resistance rating

The adhesive element of the product has a shelf life of approximately 1 Year from date of shipping; when stored in the unopened original packaging, stored at room temperature and away from sunlight.

Self Retaining Spacer

These self-retaining spacers snap into the board to ease assembly and maintain spacing even when the screw is removed. Avaialable in many spacing, screw and panel thickness options. they are available in standard and stackable versions.

Series Code :SR2765

Self Threading PCB Supports

These spacers have a unique self-threading bottom fixing. The threaded hole that they go into acts as a die and threads the bottom end when screwed in. They can be used in either a #8 or M4 threaded hole. They are easily installed by hand with minimal force. The top fix is a locking bayonet nose.

Snap-fit Spacer

These Snap-fit spacers are designed to support heavily loaded circuit boards. No through hole is required in the board, which allows for easy access to the underside of the board. These have a flanged base to keep them steady.

Series Code :SR6431

Snap-in Spacer

Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. As the self tapping screw is engaged, the bottom legs are forced outward eliminating the need for a nut. These go in a square hole that prevents rotation.

Standoffs

Our range of Standoffs, which are commonly referred to as Hex Spacers or Standoff Pillars, are quick and easy to install thanks to their screw-in design. Our standoffs are available in both a non-undercut and undercut version. Non-undercut spacers offer greater stability, but require a washer for installation. Whereas undercut spacers are much quicker to install, and allow spacers to be stacked and do not require the use of a washer - making them a econonical solution. Our spacer range is also available in self-tapping types for mating with non-threaded fittings.

Our standoff spacers offering includes undercut male to female standoff made from either, nickel-plated brass, zinc-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel, which are self-tapping. Female to female hex spacers made from brass, stainless steel, nickel-plated brass or zinc-plated steel. A self-tapping male to female hexagonal spacer made from nickel-plated hardened steel that's brass coloured. We also offer a round natural Nylon 6/6 push spacer.

  • Screw-in design
  • Excellent electrical conductivity
  • Self-tapping thread
  • Various thread options
  • Suitable for metal sheets, aluminium and plastic.

Threaded Spacers

Threaded Spacers, commonly known as Screw Spacers or Threaded Standoffs, are typically used to enable two components in an assembly to be fastened together, as a distance that is controlled from one another. They can also be used to elevate one part of the assembly above the other.

Designed to be installed by hand, these Threaded Standoff Spacers won't require the use of assembly equipment. They are suitable for a breadth of applications, and provide easy assembly. Threaded Spacer feature various connection types, shapes, materials and compatible thread sizes, including M4 Standoff. They are also available in a choice of colours to suit your application needs.

Our Thread Spacer offer includes a range of Nylon Spacers Standoffs, including options that are 25% and 30% Glass Filled, as well as Nylon 6 or Nylon 6/6. Material flammability ratings include UL94 HB, UL94 V0 and UL94 V2.

Our Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) range offers heat resistance up to 180C, as well as excellent mechanical strength and stiffness. Resistance to alternating tensile and bending loads is also very good, with superb dimensional stability. The flame resistance rating is UL94 V0.

Also stocked are Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) spacers that are ideal for any application, with heat resistance up to 200C.

  • Hexagonal and Round Standoff shapes included
  • Colours: Black, Brown, Natural and White
  • Spacer Types: Male to Male, Male to Female, Female to Female and Female to Male.

Transistor Insulators

These transistor insulators mount the transistor to the heat sink and keep the mounting screw separated from the transistor and heat sink.

Transistor Insulators - Pad

These insulator pads offer low resistance to heat transfer while providing electrical insulation between power device and metal parts. They are non-toxic and resists damage from cleaning solvents.

Vertical Card Guides

PCB card guides are used to mount circuit boards in tight spaces, such as a PCB rack. Vertical card guides support the need for vertical mounting of PCBs in your application. Available in different mounting methods and holding alternatives.
