These Strain Relief Bushings with non-slip properties replace the UL Knot method of providing strain relief, without requiring cutting or tools.
To install; simply loop the wire through the bushing. Then flip the hinge pin through the wire, and pull the wire tight. Then snap the wire straight.
The bushing effectively creates a loop in the cable or wire to protect it from the forces of pull, push and twist.
Strain Relief Bushings help protect electronic products by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist that may be exerted on a flexible power cord. The bushing securely protects wires and cables at the point of entry.
These bushing also act as a secure anchor and help insulate the cable assembly. They are suitable for flat and round cables, and for mounting in round and anti-rotational holes.
Quick and easy to install. Simply position the bushing on the cable and press the ends of the bushing together with an installation tool (sold separately), then push into the hole.
Strain Relief Bushing helps protect wires and cables by absorbing the force of pull, push and twist. This increases the lifespan of your cables, as well as helping to minimise damage to other equipment.
These bushings feature a self-locking tab that keeps the cable assembly secure and speeds up installation. They bushing self-locks on to the cable and this allows it to be inserted prior to mounting into a square or rectangular shaped hole.
Suitable for flat or round cables.
Strain Relief Bushings designed for split panels. They securely anchor, insulate and protect cables when mounted on a split panel.
They offer ideal protection from the forces of pull, push and twist and are suitable for use with flat or round cables.
