Viazacie pásky Elematic 2-Lock™ sú profesionálne viazacie pásky vyrobené z polyamidu 6.6 (PA), ktoré majú dvojitý uzamykací systém vyrobený z nehrdzavejúcej ocele. Vysoko efektívny a spoľahlivý spojovací materiál pre mnohé aplikácie a odvetvia.

Dvojitá oceľová čeľusť je vyrobená z nehrdzavejúcej ocele AISI 316, ktorá sa počas výrobného procesu umiestňuje priamo do hlavy viazacej pásky. Inovatívna dvojitá oceľová čeľusť umožňuje uzamknutie na oboch stranách viazacej pásky pre dokonalé zväzovanie a zaistenie.

Hladký profil bez držiakov umožňuje množstvo možností nastavenia pozdĺž dĺžky viazacej pásky a správne napnutie pre široký rozsah priemerov zväzkov. Tieto viazacie pásky majú teplotný rozsah inštalácie od -40 C do 60 C a môžu sa použiť v rozsahu prevádzkových teplôt od -40 C do 85 C.

Na výber dve farebné varianty. Čierna varianta je vyrobená z PA odolného voči UV žiareniu, ideálne pre vonkajšie aplikácie v extrémnych podmienkach.

The Locating Plates in this range are used to securely position Cam Locks when there is a potential risk of having some movements due to the nature of the application. This range cover a washer and a plate made of steel.

These Dust Caps are designed to keep dust, humidity, dirt, ingress, and other contaminants out of locks. In addition, they offer excellent durability and resistance to wear and tear. They fit the exact hole sizes as the corresponding lock types.

These caps' snug fit and secure closure make them easy to install. As it is installed between the lock and the door, you will need to include the thickness of the dust cap base in your calculations when considering the appropriate grip range. Widely used in various industries, including electronics, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.
