These Female to Female Standoffs are designed to be installed by hand and do not require assembly equipment. They are suitable for a wide range of applications and the threaded spacer will allow easy assembly. Available in several thread sizes and lengths and in hexagonal or round shapes.

Protection Plug specially designed for raised face flange protection. This plug range offers protection for petroleum, gas and water type value flanges. They also protect raised machine face and pipe interior from dirt and moisture, during shot and sand blasting operations.
The plug has a tapered design that snugly fits into the pipes interior and requires no fasteners for installation. The plug does not cover the bold holes on the flange.
Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.
Shaped like a disc, the protects provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for DIN and ANSI flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.
They discs are ozone and weather resistant, as well as offering resistance to petrol, oil and non-oxidisation acids. They are also able to withstand temperatures from -15C up to +70C.

The round standoffs are suitable for a wide range of applications and are ideal for use when high mechanical strength is required and provide sturdy, insulated spacing for high power electronic applications. They are made of nylon with brass inserts and are rated UL94 V-2.
